As soon as they realized one of the tins was out of stock, they emailed me. The note was sweet and apologetic, and they even included another tea in my package as a gift, which I really appreciated. What really stood out, though, was how my order arrived. Each tea was carefully wrapped and tied with a bow. I order a lot online, and it's been a while since I've received something packaged with that much thought and care. It was such a simple touch, but it made the order feel special. From start to finish, they were thoughtful and genuinely cared about their customer. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

They shipped them in a bubble wrap bag!! over ten sets in a bubble wrap bag sent across the country. Some of the sets were not in their envelopes and the ones that were had both sets stacked together so they could grind against each other all the way to Washington. They couldn't take the time to put the card board sheet that comes with each set between the P and D sets. So if you buy coins from these Morons don't expect them to care about your property after they get your money !!! I cant be the only person that this has happened to. So do fellow coin collecters a favor and write a review if this has happened to you.
