I danced at Adrienne's for 13 years and am so thankful for the time I spent there! I was able to develop a close relationship with my instructors and fellow dancers and made so many wonderful memories. The studio offers ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, and more. There is a competitive dance team at the studio that travels to competitions and has won several big awards in recent years. I don't believe this was intentional, but it was unprofessional; the response I got when I tried to explain the situation was even more so. I asked for a refund, and was curtly told the information was on their website (it wasn't), and to find another studio. Because the website is not straightforward about prices, here's a heads-up: a 45-minute private lesson is $115, with discounts for bundle purchases up to 50 lessons for $5000. I gave her a $500 deposit and drove 12 hours to pick it up. When I got there the trailer was not as she described it. It has severe water damage to the roof. It had a bunch of soft spots in the floor and it also had termite damage as well. When I called her out on it she acted as if I did something wrong to her. We agreed to go our separate ways and she said she would refund me $400 of my $500 deposit. She stated that she didn't have the money on her and that she would send it back to me via PayPal. Now she said she is not giving me back my deposit and that she has a bill of sale yet she still has the trailer. What kind of person does something like this? Anyhow, I've filed a claim with PayPal and we'll see what happens
