My daughter is on the spectrum and loves to dance so we chose Lana'a because of all the highly rated reviews. Let me tell you they did not disappoint specifically her teacher Ms. Shelby. Last night was her first recital and at the end of it my daughter was scared of the applause at the closing number and broke down in tears. Ms. Shelby just scooped her up and held her in her arms and comforted her while Ms. Lana finished speaking just like I would do. The compassion and understanding that little ones have big feelings and not at the best times was absolutely amazing. I am so thankful to have found Ms. Lana's and all the teachers, they have been nothing but supportive and helpful. I signed my child up for the ballet/tumbling at the Tiny Town location. My child's dance teacher…read morewas very friendly and my daughter enjoyed attending her class. The problem with the Tiny Town location was that the woman at the front desk wasn't always helpful. Of course Lana's dance center does NOT accept on-line or credit card payments so I was inconvinienced by having to take cash out of the ATM each month to pay. On multiple occassions, I'd go to the ATM, take cash out and try to run in to the Tiny Town location to pay my monthly fee. What should take less than 10 minutes, almost ALWAYS turned out to be a lot longer since the woman at the front desk would be outfitting a child with multiple pairs of dancing shoes as I would stand there and wait for a minimum of 30 minutes, what took so long you ask? The fact that the woman would NOT stop talking! She would yap yap yap about personal things and it seemed to slow her down. When I disenrolled my child due to my move out of state, I had to submit a 30 day written notice (which is in their contract). I submitted my written notice mid-November. I assumed since it would have been 30 days in mid-December (and that was about the time we were moving) that I would only have to pay a pro-rated amount...WRONG! I was forced to pay for the full month of December even though I submitted my 30 day written notice well in advance. The woman at the front desk informed me that since my child would be attending one class in December, I'd still have to pay the full amount. I had a horrible experience with them. The December recital was a joke. I believe I paid about $20 to $30 per ticket just to attend the recital. I got to see my child perform on stage for less than 5 minutes and the rest of the 2 1/2 to 3 hour show was other kids (mainly the front desk woman's daughter). I was not allowed to take my child after her portion in the recital and so I was forced to stay there and watch the rest of the show.

I gave her a $500 deposit and drove 12 hours to pick it up. When I got there the trailer was not as she described it. It has severe water damage to the roof. It had a bunch of soft spots in the floor and it also had termite damage as well. When I called her out on it she acted as if I did something wrong to her. We agreed to go our separate ways and she said she would refund me $400 of my $500 deposit. She stated that she didn't have the money on her and that she would send it back to me via PayPal. Now she said she is not giving me back my deposit and that she has a bill of sale yet she still has the trailer. What kind of person does something like this? Anyhow, I've filed a claim with PayPal and we'll see what happens
