4.0 Stars Location…read moreOverview: This staffing agency is located in Hilliard-Rome Rd in the WestPointe Plaza next to the AMC Theater and BMV. It is a little small, especially when you first walk in, the seating area is on top of the front door so you pretty much walk into people waiting to be seen - as well as onsite drug testing is done in the bath/breakroom area where it feels a little unsanitary for employees to get their food/coffee and someone bringing out a cup of pee to put in the same area. Customer Service: The staff here was amazing! I have never used a staffing agency before, and quite honestly I was not sure how any of it worked. The girls here gave me tons of insight on how employment works and what they do for clients. They answered all questions that I had. Quality/Quantity: The quality of the service was great and thankfully because of them I found employment after justing moving here about a month ago. The quantity of positions was limited at the time I went in but they did explain to me that it changes everyday. Side Notes: Need assistance looking for a job check them out!

I have been having some issues with my resume not getting through the automated process, and so…read moreafter taking a few online workshops, I decided to visit here to see if anyone could help me out. At first, it was a process to get to the right part of the building and correct person. I'm here to help you know before you go. So first off there is a few videos attached to the review that will help but basically if you are infront of the main building facing it walk to your right till you see a parking lot then walk through the parking lot and on the left you will see the door marked OHIO Means Jobs. Go through the door and upstairs to the main floor. There is a reception desk and this is where it was a little clunky the first guy told me to go check in on the computer then the second person asked me what I needed and didn't even know I had already checked in on the computer she hooked me up with Nicole. Nicole came out and well told me the truth. My resume for this day and age was no good. She is brilliant and very helpful. I am so glad I went here today. I was told by another that I would have to pay $750 to get help with my job inquiries and resume. She explained to me what was the most effective way to take my experience and skills and organize it in a way recruiters would give me interviews. So if you are also lost in the current job market, go see Nicole she is absolutely fantastic, and the work on my resume will begin soon! If this review helped you at all, please mark as helpful and follow me for more reviews around the world.

I LOVED just being in their lobby. 2: All the staff there are uber-nice. It's obvious their team loves working together.

I have never had an issue with this agency they were able to fix, however I have run into several issues such as being suspended for jobs I did not accept, discrepancies with my pay, the office not answering, being sent to incorrect locationa, and more. all of these issues I basically just had to "wait it out" and nobody ever resolved any of them. Currently I'm on a 30 day suspension for a job I was unaware I somehow accepted in the app. This is the second time this has happened and I received no explanation or assistance with this.

They never seemed to have anything that they described as suitable for me but yet while in there they had pages upon pages of jobs. Now keep in mind Im in college and have a somewhat tight window. They sent me on a job in grove city and said its 5 10hr days and i told them i can try it and if it didn't work with my college schedule i asked if it would be a problem. They said no if it doesn't work they would place me somewhere more suitable. After the first week i called them back saying the hours where to hectic with my school schedule too. They told me i had to submit a two week notice and if i didn't stay that two weeks they no longer would employ me. On to my girlfriends experience. She was sent on an assignment that was 'temp to hire'. After two Months of being an ideal employee, she gets a call a while after her shift to find out the assignment ended. Acloche nor the employer said anything at all. That is wrong and if anyone likes anything unstable with no chances come to acloche as they will suit your every no hope need......... How unprofessional of this temp agency to do that. No wonder unemployment is so with companies like these letting people/ their employees go like this. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

When I called the person that answered the phone kept putting me on hold only to come back and inform me that there was nothing they could place me in because all of the clerical positions were wanting two years at current employer. First of all, I finished my bachelor's degree less than a year ago and relocated to Columbus. You expect me to have two years how? Second, why on Earth would I be looking at temp agencies if I was with a company for two years? I think I'd either be staying with the company or have my own backing to get my on job. I asked if I could have my resume forwarded to the branch that handles The Limited but she informed me they require 6 months warehouse experience. Basically, having degrees and/or a want/willingness to work means nothing at this agency. Don't waste your time.
