I've worked with about 3 people over at Aerotek. The first person that contacted me didnt seem to…read morestick around for long, then was replaced by another, and now I am hoping this third person that I am currently working with is still there. (Something told me to send him an email to see whats available AND to see if he's still there.) These people do have their connections as Michael stated in his review. I would suggest keeping in touch with your contact person to see what opportunities are available. Sometimes they do not post certain jobs to their website. Great people. I'd check them out if I were you!

This company had contacted me two years ago and invited me for some crappy customer service jobs,…read moreactually a few of them, keeping in mind I have 19 years or customer service experience and a 4 year degree in Healthcare Management. I went to the worthless interview for Nationwide and Buckeye health that Aerotek was offering me and the recruiter said I did not get any of those jobs because I was too late of applying; even though I applied in the first day job was open. So I been getting these stupid job offers from this company since then and every time I apply to any of their jobs they always respond that they went with different candidate, even though I always apply in the first day I get their stupid offers in my email. This company is a piece and a waste of your time. There is no way I am not good enough for some sh..t job for $13.50 per hour while having college education and experience under my belt. This company is worthless. And then they kept calling me inviting me to another interview after I just went to their interview a week ago because one idiot who works there did not the other idiot already did my interview. Idiots.

This review is about two places that I have had issues with Robert Half. One was in Austin, Texas,…read moreand the other was a recruiter claimed to be in Columbus, but I'm not even sure she (her name is Susan) was in Columbus as she had to ask what city I was in. Robert Half never seems to have their ducks in a row, they always seem disorganized and never seem to know what is going on. So the first one in Austin, Tx, so during our first week we were told that RHT needed to get our drivers license and other identifying information and that we would be paid for our time in doing this, so it ended up taking a half an hour to do this. About a week later I got a call from RHT and I was told I had to take down my half an hour and that they could not charge them a half an hour even when they told me it would be ok. We literally got into a huge argument over this, this was all over about $6.50 so tell me how is it worth it to them to do this to their clients over $6.50 To me it is ludicrous. My whole entire time at RHT was not a pleasant one either and the assignment that I was on, was one of the worst jobs I have had ever in my life. So now onto the Columbus positions, I get a call on Tues, the day I am literally moving out of my apt in Austin, Tx and I wasn't able to respond right away. In fact I am driving across the country for two days, to Columbus, Ohio my home state, and Friday I am still unpacking, so I give the recruiter a call bright and early Monday morning and I can barely hear her and she states they are no longer accepting applications, nothing more like we will keep you in the loop, just very unprofessional. They can obviously see that my last employment was in Austin, TX and that I am literally moving across country. I don't feel like going on and on, but it was very unprofessional.

Words cannot describe how thankful I am to have found and connected with The Creative Group in…read moreColumbus. My recruiter, Mary, she is one awesome lady. My story is one of a kind and I am lucky to have found a job so quickly. I connected with Mary on Wednesday, was offered an interview Thursday, and accepted the job offer on Friday! It was that quick! (Yes, I am dead serious). And everything was so smooth and taken care throughout the whole process. I was not stressed, did not have to fill out an application, and everything is so straight forward and simple when working with The Creative Group. The Creative Group has a great client base, are eager to help in any way possible, and get to know you personally so they can find the perfect fit for you and their clients. You will not find a better recruiter in Columbus who personally gets to know you and what you want to do with your career. I highly recommend The Creative Group to all creatives in the Columbus area!
