Anxiety, sleep issues, and fear of sea sickness since I am going on a cruise. Some years back, she helped me with the sea sickness, and it completely got rid of it. It was unbelievable! She starts off with an extensive questionnaire for you to fill out to get a good gauge on the issues you are wanting to work on. And then during your scheduled appointment, she spends a lengthy amount of time discussing your issues, your goals, and all kinds of other interesting and helpful things. When she records your session it is sent to you via text so you can listen to it at your leisure. I've only had the session recording for two nights and I listened to the session both nights as I was getting ready for bed. I fell asleep so peacefully and both nights slept incredibly well which is very rare for me these days! I would recommend Alisha for any issues you're struggling with! She absolutely amazing!

From the moment we met her, we just knew she was the perfect fit for us. This was our first baby, and she guided us through everything. She answered all of our questions, made us feel so supported, and honestly exceeded every expectation we had. I also really loved that she's the perfect balance of holistic, but will absolutely speak up if something medical is needed. You can tell her top priority is always keeping both mom and baby safe. We also took her Bradley Method class, which was so helpful and made me feel way more prepared and confident going into birth. We learned so much, and I've already been recommending it to everyone. I fully trusted her the entire time, which made such a difference for me going into labor and birth. Just finishing up my 2 week trial for $30, and I'm really loving this studio. It's in a super cute neighborhood (lots of coffee shops near by to try after class!). Everyone at the front desk is super nice and welcoming. I've taken a few of the classes in the main studio (which are "regular" yoga and slow flows). I've also taken a few of the hot flows, which are at their studio that's next door/across the street. The studio is not that hot compared to other hot classes I've been to, but for those that like a warm flow it's perfect. I've really enjoyed these classes. And then in my opinion the star of the show is their outdoor space, I've only been able to take 1 flow there in an evening, I really wish there were more classes offered there.

They're all happy to see their students grow and be their best selves. -The place is very clean and full of professional and mature individuals who *mostly* take responsibility to clean to - which is truly saying something. - I have never been to a gym to welcoming and friendly. I usually just like to go in, do my thing, and get out. There are strong bonds formed here strengthened with every class we suffer through. Everyone has different goals and reasons for being there but we all support each others journey. Very much an "each one teach one" vibe. - also the Jocko supplements are actually really good. I hope to see more of that. The only thing I wish they had was a regular clock in the weight room and cross-fit room. I leave my watch at home when at the gym and I feel like I have to look at my phone every 5 min not wanting to miss class. Update: coming up in 2 years training with this gym. Even with a fire that took it down and a second location opened up within just a few months the management is still quite professional and the coaches are awesome. Looking forward to the old building opening back up.

She was transfered with her records. Staff at Rancho acted like they did not have them. I Left messages every day for 3 days to speak with the Dr . he never returned my calls, Called nurses desk half the time no answer. 1 out of 4 times some one returns my calls. less then half the time did some one have update on her present condition.. conflicting information. she had theropy , she did not have theropy because of COVD in building Never recomendj
