I've worked with Sasha Carrion for nearly 5+ years through completely different seasons of my…read morelife--business expansion, emotional blocks, physical trauma, fear, and major life transitions. Sometimes we've worked briefly on one issue; other times, consistently for months. Every time, I'm amazed by how quickly and deeply her work affects me. I've experienced talk therapy, journaling, mindset and spiritual work, and other healing modalities before hypnosis. All valuable, but Sasha showed me that understanding a pattern and actually changing the subconscious belief underneath it are two very different things. I am extremely analytical. I can analyze a problem from twenty directions and find twenty more. Sasha is one of the few practitioners who can meet me at that level without allowing my analytical mind to become an obstacle to healing. She knows how to get underneath it. Most recently, we worked weekly for 4+ months during one of the most destabilizing periods of my life. I was experiencing deep depression, recovering from a traumatic plastic surgery experience, and simultaneously dealing with an escalating HOA legal dispute. It affected my mind, body, recovery, home, and sense of safety. At the beginning, I could go from hopeful to terrified within minutes. Sasha didn't just tell me everything would be okay; she helped my subconscious begin to feel safe again. As new fears appeared, we addressed them before they became permanent beliefs. Eventually, I watched myself respond differently. Things that months earlier would have completely destabilized me happened, and I found myself thinking, "Okay. We'll handle it." And meaning it. Actually feeling calm. The external circumstances eventually began resolving too--far beyond what I believed was possible. But that isn't even the result I value most: The journey to the resolution did not destroy me. When I couldn't access faith in the outcome, Sasha could. She would tell me, "Borrow my faith." And I did. She held a vision of healing, safety, and resolution until I could believe in it myself. Empty reassurance doesn't work on me; Sasha's words have power because there is genuine conviction behind them. She understands me and is genuinely invested in helping me move forward. I trust Sasha deeply and respect her intelligence, intuition, compassion, and mastery of her craft. She validates what I'm experiencing while helping me change the pattern keeping me there. I've also realized I don't want hypnosis to be something I use only when something is wrong. I think of Sasha as an exceptional trainer for the subconscious. We train our bodies to become stronger--why wouldn't we give our minds that same support? There will always be new desires and expansions revealing new blocks. Sasha helps me move through them instead of building my life around them. Working with her is one of the most valuable investments I've made in myself--not simply because she helps me resolve problems, but because she has helped me become someone who moves through problems differently. And if you're skeptical about hypnosis, I understand. It has never felt like surrendering control of my mind. It feels like communicating with the part of my mind influencing me all along. You can consciously know you're safe while your body feels unsafe; you can understand a pattern perfectly and still repeat it. That gap is where this work can be transformative. 5+ years and countless limiting beliefs rewired and goals achieved later, Sasha is an invaluable part of my support team and someone I recommend wholeheartedly. She is a powerful healer, gifted hypnotherapist, and deeply intuitive and compassionate human being. She has held hope, calm, and possibility for me until I could hold them myself. Perhaps the greatest evidence that this work works is that I've needed to borrow those things less and less. The greatest compliment I can give Sasha's work is this: It changed the version of me who was going through it. And once that version of you changes, everything else has the opportunity to change too.

This is not easy work but if you truly want to create a change in your life and you want a life with more meaning and purpose, then MITT is the way to go. I have been stuck in a dark hole for the last 6 years of my life going no where. I had so many limiting beliefs and negative stories about myself over the years. This program allowed me to find peace within myself and I found my light again. I am now thriving and being the true Leader that I am meant to be. Thank you so much MITT. I do believe this is the program that is making the world a better place by affecting every single life that attends. The amount of transformations I witnessed in Basic and Advanced is truly remarkable. If you have what it takes to be a Leader in this world and you want that transformation to maintain long lasting affects in your life then the Legacy program is meant for you. Go All In and Trust the Process.

MITT LP Program - My Honest Experience…read more My experience in the MITT LP program was very disappointing. When I finished the Basic and Advanced programs, Chris Lee clearly said that the LP program was the next step toward success. He explained that in LP we would receive guidance from professional leaders and coaches who would focus on helping us achieve our personal goals and create real results in our lives. However, when the program started, the reality was very different. We only had one scheduled meeting per week, and most of the conversation was focused on enrollment -- how many people we were bringing and how many "souls" we were helping enroll. Every Wednesday the focus was the same. Instead of structured leadership coaching or goal development, many of the activities felt unproductive. Some exercises felt unnecessary or childish, like doing random stretching activities or repetitive group exercises that didn't contribute to real personal growth. Whenever we asked questions about our personal goals or about the leadership development that was promised, the typical answer we received was simply: "TTP -- Trust the Process." There was very little real coaching or mentorship related to our goals, careers, or personal development. The focus seemed almost entirely on enrollment rather than supporting the participants. For a program that presents itself as a leadership development program, I expected much more professional guidance, real mentorship, and support in achieving our goals. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect what was promised at the beginning. Do the Math Let's look at the financial structure of the programs. Basic Program The Basic program costs approximately $700. Each LP team is pushed to enroll around 400 to 500 people. 400 people × $700 = $280,000 500 people × $700 = $350,000 Advance Program Many of those same people continue into the Advance program, which costs around $1,600. 400 people × $1,600 = $640,000 500 people × $1,600 = $800,000 LP Program From those groups, approximately 50 people move into LP, which costs around $1,700. 50 people × $1,700 = $85,000 The Cycle Continues Once those 50 people are inside LP, they are encouraged to repeat the same process: Recruit 400 to 500 new people into Basic, then Advance, and then LP again. After that, teams are pushed to enroll people into additional workshops, where again teams compete to see who can bring the most participants. The system becomes a continuous cycle of recruitment. Emotional Pressure and Group Dynamics Another concerning aspect of the program is the emotional pressure placed on participants. Many people in these programs are searching for purpose, belonging, or validation. Some are dealing with low self-esteem, personal struggles, or difficult life situations. In my observation, instead of providing professional psychological support or real mentorship, the environment often encourages participants to seek validation through enrollment numbers. Participants are frequently told to "TTP -- Trust the Process." People are encouraged to keep enrolling others and bringing more participants into the program while believing that eventually the results or breakthroughs will come. This dynamic can create a strong emotional dependence on the group and on the program itself.

Working with Jessica London Laed has profoundly changed my life in ways I could never have imagined…read morewhen I first hired her as my dating coach. With her guidance, I found the man of my dreams, built a beautiful relationship with him, and eventually married him. London did not simply help me find a partner, she helped me become the woman who could recognize, choose, and sustain the kind of love I had always wanted. Before meeting London, I struggled with dating patterns that repeatedly led me toward the wrong people and left me questioning whether a healthy, lasting relationship was even possible for me. London helped me understand what I genuinely needed in a partner, recognize emotional availability, establish stronger boundaries, and stop confusing anxiety or uncertainty with chemistry. She taught me how to date with both an open heart and clear discernment. Because of our work together, I was able to recognize the extraordinary man who would become my husband and create a relationship rooted in mutual love, respect, attraction, and shared values. Years later, after the birth of our second child, I began experiencing significant anxiety and depression. The emotional and physical demands of motherhood affected every part of my life, including my marriage. My husband and I became disconnected, our communication deteriorated, and the affection and romance that had once come so naturally began to disappear. We loved each other deeply, but we were exhausted, overwhelmed, and no longer knew how to reach one another. Once again, London became an invaluable source of support. Although she had originally been my dating coach, she was also able to help us as a highly skilled couples therapist. She supported me in understanding and managing my anxiety and depression, while helping my husband and me recognize how those struggles were affecting our relationship. She never blamed or shamed either of us. Instead, she helped us see that we were not each other's enemy, we were two people caught in a painful cycle who needed new tools to find our way back to one another. One of the most transformative parts of our work involved helping my husband identify and communicate his emotions. He came from a family and culture in which feelings were rarely discussed, emotional vulnerability was unfamiliar, and openly expressing emotions was not typical. This did not mean that he did not care or feel deeply, but he had never learned how to put his internal experience into words. London approached this cultural and family history with tremendous sensitivity and compassion. She never made him feel defective or criticized him for what he had not been taught. Instead, she helped him develop an emotional vocabulary, understand what was happening inside him, and communicate his feelings in a way I could finally hear and understand. At the same time, she helped me express my needs more clearly, without allowing anxiety, frustration, or resentment to take over the conversation. This made a world of difference in our marriage. For the first time, my husband was able to explain what he felt instead of withdrawing, becoming defensive, or shutting down. I learned how to listen without immediately assuming the worst, and we both learned how to communicate with greater honesty, patience, empathy, and emotional safety. London helped us understand that beneath many of our arguments were two people who still loved each other and desperately wanted to feel seen. She also helped us restore the affection, romance, playfulness, and emotional intimacy that had gradually disappeared beneath the responsibilities of parenting and everyday life. Today, my husband and I are happier, closer, and more connected than we have been in years. London has been present for two of the most important chapters of my life. First, she helped me find and build a relationship with the man of my dreams. Then, years later, she helped us protect and strengthen that relationship during one of the most difficult periods of our marriage. She also helped me regain my emotional stability, confidence, and sense of self when anxiety and depression made me feel as though I had lost them. I will always be grateful to London for helping me find my husband and, later, helping us find each other again. She did not just teach me how to date successfully, she taught us how to love each other more consciously, communicate more courageously, and build a marriage capable of growing through life's most challenging seasons. I cannot recommend London highly enough as both a dating coach and couples therapist.

I worked with Dan for around 8 months…read more The work was deeply transformative. I was able to heal and understand my unconscious triggers, limiting beliefs, and patterns--why I was choosing less, feeling unhappy and unsuccessful, and experiencing conflict and tears instead of living the life I was dreaming about. I realized I was going back to what felt familiar, even when it wasn't aligned with what I truly wanted. Dan's mentoring, coaching, and healing approach were incredibly powerful. He is also very spiritual, and his guidance gave me a strong sense of trust and hope throughout the process. As a result, I was able to increase my financial ceiling, manifest significant income (six figures), and end some toxic relationships. I also raised my standards -- what I say yes to and what I say no to -- and began building a life where I feel more respected, happier, and calmer.

It has sculpted my outlook on life in an incredibly powerful, positive, and permanent way. I am not a full-time breathwork or healing arts facilitator. I am a DJ, music producer, writer, and performer. AOA is for everyone and I hope that as many people discover it as possible! I don't expect it to resonate with everyone (it's too special for that) but I know how much it has helped and impacted me personally and professionally so I'm always thrilled to hear when new people discover it. Tons of Breathwork to choose from, right? The Breath Center's AOA (Anatomy Of Awakening) program is the most comprehensive Breathwork Certification program in existence. It is one of the only legal institutions for Breathwork in North America. Michael is one of the only breathwork facilitators who has bothered to get permission from the elders to be teaching these ancient and lineage-based techniques. He is also one of the only teachers willing to share the truth about what these practices are, where they come from, and what their deeper meaning is for us as a species. There are a lot of facilitators out there who either don't know the origins of this work or who are hiding it and giving credit to themselves and their (re)brand of it instead, keeping participants in the dark (and disempowered). I'm passionate about this topic because I've heard way too many stories of people "trying breathwork", having a negative experience, and deciding that breathwork is not for them. That is absolutely tragic!! This is one of the best healing modalities on Earth and it should be accessible to everyone. Unfortunately most of the mainstream "Breathworkers" are not carrying and sharing this practice responsibly and sooner or later, breathwork is going to be villainized, just like plant medicines were (and likely will be again). I put the word "breathwork" in quotations as much as possible because it's not the original name of these techniques, it is just a Western rebrand of something way older and way more sacred. To learn more, take AOA! I discovered The Breath Center at Bhakti Fest in 2015. It was the first time I'd experienced something similar to my plant medicine experiences without drinking a plant. I was absolutely intrigued and signed up for Michael Brian Baker's training program to learn more (actually to breathe more, I had no plans on becoming a facilitator myself). Back then there were Modules I, II, and III. Now there is a deeper program called AOA that allows graduates to be Certified by The Academy of Integrated Human Sciences®. Fancy title aside, if you are truly interested in this work and you want to get a proper education in it that will leave you feeling like you know what tf you're doing should you ever decide to facilitate it for others, please take this program. The future of "breathwork" and those who will either be incredibly helped or hurt by it depend on it. I'm happy to hop on a call with anyone to discuss more and Michael offers FREE 30-MINUTE consultations so take advantage of that. It's 2024 as I write this and 9 years later, I'm still a huge fan of this work and I share it regularly at the Soul of Yoga studio in Encinitas alongside Marcela and a couple other certified teachers. Come check out our Breathwork Class if you never have! Available online & recorded as well as in-person.
