I should have known from the very first phone call I made to Howard Solomon that it was not going to go well. His voicemail system is really weird. It says something like, "If you are someone who thinks outside the box press one, if you are someone who.... Press 2." I didn't know what to press, but anyway, he was referred to me by a friend, and so I trusted that he was good.
Long story short, when I was worried that the executer was showing signs of theft, he told me not to worry about it, told me I was "thinking greedy" yes, that's right, thinking greedy! He didn't do a thing the whole time but write a couple of letters, and watch the executor do just what I said, and walk away with my inheritance from my father! He is correct in saying that there isn't much I can do about it now.
Just talk to him once and you can hear the egotism in his conversation. He is sarcastic, does nothing for your money, and thinks he is the best thing since peanut butter and jelly.
Take my advice, please, find another probate lawyer, there are many in the city! read more
