Emails go unanswered, phone calls are never returned, and they provide no updates on your case. After taking your money, you're left wondering what you even paid for. Looking back, I wish I had hired a lawyer in Connecticut instead. At the time, I was going through a very emotional period and wasn't thinking clearly. I was desperate to find someone to help me, so I made a decision too quickly. I wish I had taken my time to find a lawyer who would truly represent my best interests and explain my options. During my consultation, no one took the time to advise me on what would be best for my situation. I wanted professional guidance. Should I file a lawsuit? Should I focus on getting back into school? As attorneys, I expected them to explain my legal options and recommend the best course of action. Instead, I received little to no guidance, even though that's exactly why I hired them. Even now, they still have my case, and nothing has changed. My emails are ignored, my phone calls are not returned, and I receive no updates whatsoever. It feels like they took my money and disappeared. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm to anyone. If you're looking for an attorney who communicates and keeps you informed, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
