Then they told me that the fan blade was bent and wanted to charge $700 to replace it. Well the AC was still making noise, so I called Airheads back and they couldn't come out again for over 48 hours. Instead I called A.R.T. who replaced the fan blade that same day and quoted me just a fraction of the price that Airheads wanted to charge, and reduced it even further as a courtesy due to Airheads overcharging me so much. No run-around, just professionals doing their job with honesty. A.R.T. has earned my business the right way, through integrity and professionalism!

Today I did not feel that same welcoming, caring customer service from who came for this service call. No care or understanding and even my kids stated "I heard how he spoke to you and it was not like he cared but more like I know what I'm talking about so don't care what you're saying". This is not cool at all especially when I just gave good reviews to AHS about them. This guy didn't care at all what we are going through just advised me to leave it off until he gets the part because it won't be cover if it freezes. keep in mind he never said when about the part will be in, it's hot as hell, and when I tried to look at previous calls to see if this was or should have been fixed he flashed me last call saying it was just cleaning but I know for a fact the damn unit froze because we had to turn it off to thaw which caused leaking down stairs and all these towels were still in there from it. I'm done!!! At this point I have lost trust .

They assigned this company to use a week ago, told us to contact them and make an appointment. I call to make the appointment after the 4th of July holiday, the following Tuesday and was told I could not make an appointment that the contractor would call me when they got to my number or place in line, that's fair I thought. Mine you they never ask who I was or what the problem was. I ask if I could tell where I was on the list and they said that they had no way of knowing, strange. Now I am worried because you have no idea who we are, what our problem is, and did not seem to be bother with taking down our information. I have used American Home Shield for years and never had this problem. We called back and was told that everyone wants their AC fixed right now and was left in awe at how it did not seem important to this so call company that we are in triple digits here in Texas, with a home that is at 95 degrees inside, which is why we are concerned. Not to mention that there are medical reasons to worry about as well. This was just the first two days of calling in which we did understand that others may have been in the same situation as we were in at the time. We just wanted to have an idea of the possible timing so that we could make plans to safe guard our family from the heat and no AC. However, we could never get anything from Arctic Air but "I can't tell you when and that they were working on AC issues that were overdue, due to the 4th of July. American Home Shield assigned us to them on July 1st at 11pm that night. We called back on day three and was told that they would contact us in 24 hours, never got the call. When we tried to call back after the 24 hours they no longer picked up. On July 7th My husband call American Home Shield and reported the issue and they reassigned us someone else with hopes of getting us help right away at this point. With all of this being said, I would have like a disposition from Arctic Air, letting me know up front that it may take a week or two to get to us. Instead I was waiting daily for information that I never received. They did not seem to be prepared when they were assigned this contract through American Home Shield. As of today, I found out that a good number of people have recently had problems with Arctic Air in Copperas Cove Texas. I am just happy that American Home Shield took the contract back and reassign us. Do not use Arctic Air Service & Maintenance in Copperas Cove Texas its not worth it. This former company had us sign a contract and they were suppose to come back and follow up and never did and you could never get a hold of them. For the…read morepast few years, I have struggled with my AC and earlier in the spring I had several companies give me quotes to replace of fix my current unit; this company was by far the least expensive and clear. Not only were they the least expensive but they were also professional and timely. My AC is running wonderfully. The space inside and outside are both cleaned up. The service contract includes a year of upkeep. They were understanding with my technology difficulties. And on top of all that they went above and beyond when they noticed a water leak on the side of my home and fixed it. They weren't plumbers but they helped this single mother save a little more money on her monthly bills. If I could give them ten stars I would.
