I camped out beneath one of the awnings in the front of the building. A blonde woman came out and offered to have me come in their building. I politely declined as the rain was almost over and I didn't want to dirty up their place with my muddy fat tire ebike and soaking wet clothes, but I did want to call them out for the kind gesture. I feel like I've made improvements on my strength, flexibility, stamina and balance while thoroughly enjoying the workouts. I like the wide variety of high-quality equipment, the beautiful studio and the staff's attention to detail (murals on the wall, attractive lighting, free water, even a basket of socks you can borrow if you forget yours). Each work out is a little different -- we try new equipment, we work different muscles, we add a spring or focus on a new technique. Never boring, always personalized. Elizabeth is really nice and willing to help you work on the skills you're interested in developing at a pace and difficulty level that's perfect for your body's current level of fitness.
