Because you stated both, also wondering why my voice-mail box has anything to do with the amount of times you "attempted" to reach me... How ironic that you're responding by unprofessionally attempting to put my personal information to try to "call me out" or attempt to humiliate me, especially when your so called facts aren't straight. You sent me a letter during the pandemic saying my insurance reimbursed me 18$ because you knew everyone's was mandated to stay home for months! On top of the fact that once my 6 month contract was up in the fall, you tried to up charge me over $200 on top of my normal bi annual price even though I have a pristine driving record and your employee was informed my car was parked for 10 months. Then your employee had the nerve to respond saying I should have said something? I didn't know I could since you sent a letter stating thats what you'll offer your loyal clients pandemic-wise lol! see your employees get their horribly aggressive behavior from their boss. I guess I was right the first time I said you like to try to flip things on the customer. What a waste of money for 4 years. The client is clearly not ever in the right at Gary jones Huntington Beach, beware they'll "correct" you with any BS to save their skin. The funniest part was claiming you sent me a post card!! Lmfao!! What a joke you are. Take some ethics classes. To anyone else reading this, DON'T SAY YOU WERENT WARNED! Save your money from being overcharged for gross treatment.
