He went the extra mile to make sure Michael's health was being looked after, providing not just the immediate care needed (vaccines, treatments) but also setting him up with better and affordable long-term care as he makes the transition to living in the States. But this place and the staff surprised me over and over with how kind, patient, welcoming, confident, and accommodating they were toward me kid and his needs. I'm so used to providers misunderstanding and/or mistreating my kid that I was truly shocked by how awesome they were. Turns out he didn't have an ear infection, but even the doctor who examined him was simply AMAZING working with him. Patient, attentive, respectful, curious, playful, and supportive. He didn't judge me for bringing him in, or act like we'd wasted his time. I seriously wanted to hug him at the end, lol. I wanted to hug all of them! I told the doctor of my symptoms (intense headache, intense muscle aches, fever, chills, stomach discomfort... I told them I had absolutely no respiratory or sinus symptoms. They again tested for covid/flu (negative) and also took a test for all the other things out there and said I would get the results back in a day or two. When I got the results back, I read the report saying: "The patient presents with a chief complaint of nasal congestion of the sinuses. The patient denies the following recent symptoms: * Constitutional: denies chills, fever". This is completely wrong information In my medical chart. The lack of care in getting information correct makes me question everything about this place. What if I went into a coma and this was the only info anyone had to go off of? Super unprofessional.

The support team was responsive, friendly and helpful. And the Dr was through and tested me for Covid - FLU A and B and RSV. Tests were negative and my lungs sounded good. So in the end - the Dr felt it was only virus. THAT SAID - the cough is terrible. So the Dr gave me something for the cough - which I deeply appreciate. Alondra was an amazing assistant--she was so kind, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed from the moment I walked in. Tony was hands down the best practitioner I've ever seen. I came in because I could barely breathe due to my asthma, and because I had glass (or a splinter) stuck in my foot. They took incredible care of me and made sure I left feeling so much better. Most urgent cares will be like they can only see me for one thing, but they took care of everything. The compassion, professionalism, and attention they gave me truly stood out.
