They dropped off my belongings within their time estimate and allowed me to track the progress of my move online. In addition, the customer support was fantastic. U-Pack is ABF Freight; so it's a well-established shipping company that rents space for individual moves. They offer "terminal to terminal moves" (where you pack the goods into storage containers at the beginning terminal and unpack the goods from the storage containers at the end terminal). The other, more expensive option is to have U-Pack deliver the pods in front of your residence and pick them up from there. I found it cheaper to do terminal-to-terminal, even when factoring in hiring movers on both ends to move belongings to/from the terminals. Note that if you're moving to PR, you'll need to fill out a tax form and provide a copy of your social security card for the port here.
