I came in here to get some information on the schedule in order to sign up for a class. I spoke with Nathaniel Ocansey whose first words to me were an aggressive "why do you want the schedule?" I explained I was interested in the gym and learning about Krav Maga, and he continued to ask me "why" like my answers weren't sufficient enough. He then proceeded to call me Difficult and give me a long winded story about how people come in all the time trying to get information but what they really need to do is go online and sign up for a class. I don't feel like this aggressive style of communication is beneficial for me. It may be good for some, but for me it made me feel like I wouldn't like his style of teaching. All in all-- I was excited to try it out, but after talking to the owner it made me feel otherwise. My advice to this location would be- if people are coming in to learn more, help them sign up for an intro class! Don't call them names and tell them their not doing enough. It doesn't come off well!
