I guess my advancing age and number of dermal injections have become a matter of recommending and deciding on the number of syringefuls that are necessary to fill in lines that just seem to increase as time moves forward. Maybe I was in denial, because my past spa visits elsewhere didn't require as much filler as I seem to require now. Putting my denials and discouragement aside, I broke down and agreed to try another brand of dermal filler called Radiesse. It is a little thicker and with time and consistency, it promises to stimulate your body's own collagen production! I have high hopes that it will at least give me better results. The spa owner gave me a 20% discount on my second visit. Beauty isn't cheap, but I highly recommend the Beauty Chateau for anyone looking to improve their appearance and maybe take a few years off at the same time! Unfortunately, I'm back to write an update on this review with poor results. The Radiesse I had encouraging hope for did not last. In fact, it was fading away after about a month. I'm not sure if the products are not as good as they used to be or my age is the factor. I'm very discouraged that dermal fillers are no longer giving me the extra boost I was once excited about. Do I try another brand? Must I get double or triple doses? Will I be wasting my money once again? Right now, I'm debating about what to do next as I continue paying off the previous injections placed on my charge card....

I had great success with dermatologists but then my insurance changes or money becomes an issue. If you've been to a dermatologist they always prescribe the usual: birth control, tretinoin, and spironolactone and I was tired of relying on medication. Never took Accutane, but I have tried other known brands to help with acne. I recommend this clinic to anyone tired of buying too many products and can't seem to find a consistent regimen! They talk in their own language to each other while doing facials. It's not a quiet facial the entire time. If you need peace and quiet the ENTIRE time, this is not for you. Made an appointment for 2 facials for a Saturday morning at 9:30am over the phone for my friend's 40th birthday. Showed up and they put us into our own spaces next to each other separated by walls that don't go all the way back so that employees can go back and forth to grab items. Our facial lasted for 1.5 hrs. The massage was a long time on our face. They didn't ask us what kind of facial we wanted, they just did the microdermabrasion facial automatically. I am guessing that's all they do. We didn't bother asking because that's what we wanted. They trimmed out eyebrows. I thought that was weird. She didn't even ask me, but she did a good job and I didn't mind it. The ladies speak English but not great. You can understand it. They know how to use facial terms which makes me feel better. I'm sure that everyone there is licensed. We paid $65 for our facials each. It was unbelievable. My friend wants to do this once a month now. She enjoyed it that much. 1.5 hrs is a bit much for me, I think 1 hour would have been good. I did sleep 1/4 of the time and I could hear others snoring. Place is older in an Asian plaza.
