They did end up taking it back, and we traded it for a more expensive used car. The salesman even said he had sold us a "piece of shxxxt" car. Now I see the car is back on their website for sale at the same price they sold it to us for. They just want the sale, and don't care about customer service, AT ALL! We are done with them.
