Not only is the community new and pristine, but the staff is also very professional and accommodating. In my preliminary search, I spoke directly with Elsie in the leasing office many times. Elsie was also patient and courteous during these phone calls, and she also followed up with me when she said she would. When I decided to lease an apartment, Elsie made the paperwork process easy and quick. She never acted bothered by my questions, and took the time to explain all pertinent details to me. Up to this point, I have been very pleased with the quality of service that I have received. To comment on the actual apartments, they are well built and have high end appliances. I have viewed other complexes in the area, and do not believe they are as nice as Town University. If you are searching for a new apartment, I would highly recommend that you go speak to Elsie in the leasing office before going anywhere else.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Kiss your deposit goodbye, and prepare for the extra charges…read more Absolutely horrific experience do not move here. I've rented before in many places and never had such a bad experience moving out, don't be fooled by the $250 deposit for they will nitpick everything to try to maximize the money they get back. Oddly enough, I've rented at other places that did have low deposits, but usually if you pay the cleaning fee, they're a little more lenient on charging you for every little thing. Yes, the community is decent even though at times our neighbors could get loud never nothing out of control the pool I will say at times on the weekends does get a little like a college spring break especially on holidays but even then wasn't enough to keep me completely dissatisfied because the location is great And the apartment is decent. What really made this a terrible experience was moving out not only did we pay for the extra cleaning fee when we move out but we left the apartment spotless Didn't leave one piece of furniture inside the place covered up every patch and hole In the wall and everything was working perfectly. Somehow now, they are trying to charge us $650 for all sorts of different damages that we can't even really tell what it is on the Breakdown they sent us and of course it puts me and my wife in a tough spot because If you don't pay these things, they will go after your credit. I'm uploading pictures of how I left the apartment so you can see what we're being charged and hopefully you don't have to experience what we did. I also regret not going to the walk through and Leaving the keys in the apartment, which they told us we could do, because then would've been harder to say certain things didn't work. I am so disappointed how they've handled the situation this is deplorable. We never made a fuss in that apartment and treated it like our home and left that place Immaculate only for them to shake us down for $650 which we've paid. And not even sure what doesn't work because we checked and everything was working perfectly fine before we left.

Very concerning experience living in this community. We are currently dealing with an ongoing…read moreinsect/fly infestation inside our apartment that has not been properly resolved despite multiple reports to management. We have small children in our home, and these conditions are unsanitary and unacceptable for a family. The situation has become so severe that we have not been able to cook or eat in our own home, and we have even had to spend money staying in a hotel just to get relief from the conditions. Unfortunately, this is not the first serious issue we have experienced here. In the past, we dealt with a strong marijuana smell entering our apartment, which was very concerning with small children in the home. It took months and multiple emails before the issue was finally addressed. At this point, there appears to be a pattern of delayed responses to serious concerns that directly impact residents' health and quality of living. Residents should not have to repeatedly report problems or wait months for meaningful action to be taken. Overall, we are extremely dissatisfied with how these issues have been handled.

I paid $265.09 based on these assurances. After applying, I was denied without proper communication, despite being told that families with lower credit would be accommodated. When I followed up, the explanations I received were inconsistent with what was originally promised. After researching, I found multiple other applicants had very similar complaints about being misled into paying nonrefundable fees under false pretenses. I have now filed formal complaints with the Florida Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau. I would strongly encourage future applicants to proceed cautiously and request all promises in writing.

Euridice walked me through step by step. After moving in, however, it was near impossible to call the office and get a person. The community is pretty quiet aside from the occasional party or event. I live in one of the older model apartments that hasn't been upgraded as of yet but it's still nice except for the power outlets. They all work but they don't securely hold whatever is plugged into them and plugs will just fall out whenever they feel like it. The amenities and pools are nice. Due to the fact that this is south Florida I haven't had many opportunities to use the fire pit but when I have it's been great. I've entertained guests there during winter and had wine and cheese and we had a great time. Property management has recently started having more events for the residents to come together so that's also a plus. This place isn't perfect by any means but i do see more communication and effort being put forth by the property management team.

They are very nice but i feel like the bedrooms are really small, especially the master and the closets as well. I didn't understand why a walk in closet that was already small would have a door that opens into the closet taking up more space.
