I signed a lease at Solle Davie but never moved in, never occupied the unit, and never brought any belongings into the apartment. Shortly after signing, 3 days, 72 hours to be exact. I reviewed the community policies more closely and realized the property was not a good fit. I immediately contacted management to cancel before occupying the unit. Despite this, management stated that simply receiving the keys counted as taking possession and insisted on charging a $4,212 lease break fee, even though the apartment was unused and could be immediately re-rented. No flexibility, no alternative resolution, and no acknowledgment of good-faith efforts to avoid violations. This experience felt very one-sided and transactional, with no consideration for the actual circumstances. If you rent here, understand that once paperwork is signed, there appears to be zero room for discussion -- even if you never move in. Proceed with caution.

I am writing this review after living in Mosaic almost two years. Don't let the painted buildings…read moreand the pretty colors in the outside of the community fool you, the maintenance of the building inside is less than desirable for the price they charge. The AC in elevators and hallways don't work most of time and the hallways smell like garbage. The carpet in the hallway looks disgusting. Neighbors don't pick up after the pets, I've found poop in the 'hallway' leading to my apartment. My apartment has smelled like humid since day one and it has traces of mold, i called maintenance and all they did was patch up the dark areas where there's mold. When I call them to fumigate the apartment they marked my request as 'solved' even tho they never came to do it. They increased my rent $200 after one year. No one answers the phone ever, you have to go in person. My car was booted because I parked backed in, without a warning, even when everybody else does it! The mailroom is in the main lobby and they close at 5pm weekdays and closed Sundays so you have limited amount of hours to pick up your packages -and be prepared to haul heavy items yourself because they don't allow deliveries to your unit. When the intercom downstairs is broken, it takes weeks to repair and now you have to go downstairs to let your visitors, Uber eats or groceries delivery access the building. This is a huge inconvenience. I cannot wait to move out. Photos enclosed of the poor maintenance. Pros and the reason for the two stars: The location is good, there's covered garage on the first floor which is handy when it rains and parking is shared with Miramar police so it feels safe. Walking distance to amenities and pretty views of the landscape. Maintenance crew is pleasant and respectful and so is the leasing staff. Unfortunately the negatives outweigh the positives.

We're in the Bella Vista model and love the high ceilings and washer & dryer in our home. It's a beautiful community, great pool and some other nice amenities too. It's well kept and feels like a resort. My kids school is not too far and there is a TJ's less than 10 minutes from here! A big part of why we moved here was that it's pet friendly and not a dump. Everyone is respectful and it feels like a nice community. It's a great value for your money for this area.

The blue tarp has been there for months and months. Now Camden Portofino-Pembroke Pines seems to be MONEY GRABBING by towing cars especially after hours. Within minutes of parking in a non-reserved parking spot, visitors are being towed away under 10 minutes. Camden seems to be authorizing Breezy Towing to take your car. Breezy towing has a 2.3 rating with google reviews. Their actions seem to be questionable. Breezy towing is waiting for you at Camden!!! How does Breezy know who to tow???? Is this legal????? Where do you file a complaint with the STATE office that governs apartments as well as the towing company.

I was…read morepressured to apply immediately with promises that my credit would not be an issue, that exceptions would be made with a higher deposit, and that application fees could be waived if I applied that same day. I paid $265.09 based on these assurances. After applying, I was denied without proper communication, despite being told that families with lower credit would be accommodated. When I followed up, the explanations I received were inconsistent with what was originally promised. After researching, I found multiple other applicants had very similar complaints about being misled into paying nonrefundable fees under false pretenses. I have now filed formal complaints with the Florida Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau. I would strongly encourage future applicants to proceed cautiously and request all promises in writing.

I live in one of the older model apartments that hasn't been upgraded as of yet but it's still nice except for the power outlets. They all work but they don't securely hold whatever is plugged into them and plugs will just fall out whenever they feel like it. The amenities and pools are nice. Due to the fact that this is south Florida I haven't had many opportunities to use the fire pit but when I have it's been great. I've entertained guests there during winter and had wine and cheese and we had a great time. Property management has recently started having more events for the residents to come together so that's also a plus. This place isn't perfect by any means but i do see more communication and effort being put forth by the property management team.

I wanted to explore on my own. When i arrived, the young ladies that worked here were very attentive, even offered us donuts (which were delicious by the way). I was given a key, and a map on where to go. We explored the community which is super nice and were able to look at a few apartments with different finishes. They are very nice but i feel like the bedrooms are really small, especially the master and the closets as well. I didn't understand why a walk in closet that was already small would have a door that opens into the closet taking up more space. If it wasn't for the size of the bedrooms and the closets and the weird way the doors open into them, i would move here.
