Vicky was excellent and really knows her stuff. Best massage I've had in a really long time. Will definitely return. Highly recommend.

So I was asked to go In first and my husband was told another would arrive shortly. she made an attempt phone call with the other Massage therapist. During my massage she used the phone twice and walked out twice trying to be in contact with someone. I am Assuming the other employee. My husband waited the entire hour. The other never showed. She brought my husband in my room right when I was about done. Soo she walked out again and provided him instruction. Within the first 15 minutes of my husbands massage she received 3 phone calls and stepped out to answer the main door 3 times. My husband was very annoyed. As she would only work on him for one minute and then step out for about three each time. Each time she was interrupted she would laugh and each time she returned she said sorry. But this got old quick. I was offered to stay in the same room on the bed while I waited for my husbands massage. During this time the manager called and the massage therapist literally gave me the phone and said it's the boss. She passed me the phone and it seemed I received an apology or explanation regarding the other employee that never showed. But it was hard to understand,so I just said okay and gave the phone back. To summarize the experience. Understaffed area causing one therapist to try to massage and welcome everyone in during your massage including taking all phone calls. I will probably never return. Oh if your wondering, 20 min into my husbands on and off massage someone else arrived. so the massage therapist was able to work on my husband. For the last 40 minutes consecutively. But she did not make up the time he lost while she was handling business. He only got what was left in the hour. The massage did feel good.

Been here three times now for chiropractic adjustments. I've had chronic back/shoulder pain now…read morefor several years. Massage and physical therapy did not provide lasting relief. I've never had any experience with this sort of treatment so went into it with an open mind and a yearning for relief. Dr Mary was quite thorough in her intial appointment, asking me questions about my medical history, what I tried, what worked, what hasn't etc. I appreciated that she took the time to really listen. After talking she went straight to work on me, doing adjustments with her hands and with the table, moving it up and down. I will say that she has a way of talking to you to get you at ease and when the neck adjustment was made I was totally off guard, which was a good thing because it wasn't pleasant. However, with that being said I have notice some positive changes in my neck movement, although I do still have the cracks and snaps. She has been very mindful of her pressure and always asks if I'm ok. In all other than the intial appointment you're pretty much in and out in about 15 to 20 minutes. Only time will tell if this treatment will 'cure" what ails me but I think it's a good start. Some things to note: They have several locations, offer medical massage (check with your insurance first), and the adjustments are covered by my insurance as a specialist copay. Also do book several appointments in advance if you're not flexible on times and be prepared to commit to ongoing adjustments. This isn't a one visit fix.

After seeing the doctor on his second visit they discussed a 6 appt treatment, my husband didn't go back after that. The chiropractor told him that he doesn't 'crack' patients anymore, because it's a dying treatment, WHAT? Every chiropractor that my friends and family go to, specifically go to them to be cracked, but ok? After not getting any relief my husband sought out a doctor and was referred to a different chiropractor. This office also has massage therapists and my husband said the office was always busy, so they must be doing ok despite not having a great chiropractor ‍ it was also clear that the chiropractor has a hand/wrist injury and maybe that is why he doesn't crack patients. Overall would not recommend for chiropractic work.
