This is the best priced pet store in the area and I will only ever go here for supplies. Their purina bunny food prices can't be beat anywhere else! We frequent here and have over the past several years and have never had an issue with the staff or the way that they are caring for their animals. read more

Avoid this store AT TIMEs !!! I have taken my dogs here regularly for the last 15 years, I have bought my dog food, treats equipment even flea prevention at this store for my pets for over 15 years. I will NO LONGER give this business my money !! Today I took my dog in to give her a bath, in the tub room, they have and OMG right from the start things went BAD!! First they gave me nothing more than hand towels to dry her (but I thought that is ok I intended to blow dry her anyway.) The tub and the surrounding area was filthy - empty shampoo cups in the tub, hair in the tub and all over the floor a dog had to top it all off a dog had a stool in the tub (the last person just LEFT IT!!) AND MY DOG s walked it !!! (I cleaned the stool up and rinsed out the tub because I was trying to not be a bother to them as they "had adopt a dog" going on in the store today and appeared overwhelmed already!! Then most of the shampoo bottles were empty, Luckly I had brought my own!! As I was finishing up the lady at the other tub left and a new oner and dog came in. I prepared to blow dry my dog and I noticed there was NO HOse on the blow dryer!!!! I ask the employee if she had a hose for the dryer and she said "no" I ask her if she had a handheld blow dryer I could use and she said "no" and walked away. The other tub was now busy and the lady had already started on her dog bath hence I could not use that dryer either!!! I told the employee Id like a refund and she said she would "call her boss" I finished and dried my dog as best I could and went to the register. I told the supervisor I would like a refund for the clippers I just bought and for the dog bath . I s was not going to buy the clippers if I couldnt dry and clip my dog as I had planned. The employee "Nichole" was VERY RUDE to me and said I am not going to refund the bath nor the clippers, there is nothing I can do about the blow dryer and we do not refund Oyseder products (she pointed to a refund policy which s was partially obscured by another sign.) I said "I haven't used it nor have I even left the store with it. An argument ensued and we both called the police!!! she did try to call the owner, who did not even bother to answer. I did not s want to leave the store with the clippers because I wanted a refund. Amazon would never have treated me like this!!! I personally try hard to support local stores but, its customer service like this that sends me to cheaper online shopping !!! read more

Lots of great pet supplies with a wide variety. But I am concerned about the health of some of the in store animals. The budgies are kept in a tank like thing and are severely clipped, the cage has a small bird jungle gym thing that's covered in poop. I've noticed when I come in that some of the birds have health problems and there even is one that I believe has a broken wing, and looks like it's in a lot of pain. I've brought this to the attention of the staff 2 times and the just say "oh, I'll talk to the manager about that" it really annoys me. The other animal cages are dirty but the animals look ok. read more

Great small pet shop. We always get litter here. For a while they were the only pet store carrying the Wellness food we liked for our cats. Lots of neat toys and pet beds here too. read more
