Looking at the plug (pictures attached) clearly someone somewhere was in a bit of rush and didn't thread the plug properly resulting in this issue. In addition to really adding torque on that bolt head. Last shop I went to was Cottonwood, AZ so someone is not following up on QC. When calling customer service a secondary patch job was offered, instead of a proper fix. Save the headache, go somewhere where folks are actually paying attention to what they're doing and not just rushing to do the next vehicle.

They checked all lights ( headlights, brakes, backup etc ) and topped off all fluids. Unfortunately one of the techs broke the oil pan screw during the oil change and I was informed that I'd have to drive to a close mechanic for drilling and repair. Long story short, the manager followed me to the mechanic, gave me a ride home, picked me up and drove me back when finished AND ended up doing the oil change and repairs for FREE. While traveling in Arizona at 8pm, he noticed grease leaking from one of the trailer tires. My husband called and they were able to help troubleshoot over the phone to check a few things and make sure it was safe for him to travel to their location in the morning.
