I had a flat tire while driving a rental car on mile marker 51 of Indian Rd. 18. The intersection to this road is Route 66. There are no services or phone reception in this area. The rental car was not equipped with a spare tire (unbelievable!). Therefore, I got a ride from a car passing by to the nearest, and only, establishment, the Caverns. I still wasn't getting any reception. The people at the Cavern kindly let me in and allowed me use their landline for HOURS while I was trying to get AAA, Geico, and the rental car company (NU) help me. All those companies totally failed me and literally left me stranded out there. I tried a few shops somewhat close by and they said they can't help either! Eventually after about six-seven hours of trying to get help, Roadside Service was able to find me a replacement tire, came to pick me up at the Caverns, drove me all the way to my car and fixed it. I don't know what I would have done without their help! Totally recommend them.
