This is my first time getting my ac unit checked since moving into my house 3 years ago. Was having…read moresome issues and Chad walked in and automatically knew what was wrong. He got right to work and within 30 minutes he had my unit up and running. He even told me about things I had no Idea about and gave me some good recommendations. He is very knowledgeable and super friendly to speak with. He's also very relatable and advertised the best value for the job. He was up front about the prices and I appreciate him for that. There's also a maintenance plan that I will be signing up for. The prices are not that bad and I'd rather catch the issue before it starts than to wait and be out thousands of dollars. Go with Goose Creek Heating and Air, you will not be disappointed and if you are then you didn't get Chad!

BTW: the original faucet was a bear to remove due to deep rust that had accumulated. The charge for everything was just under $200 and well worth it. It was the first time I'd used Goose Creek HVAC & Plumbing but after this, they are now my "go to" guys.

On the day of my service appointment he kept me up to date regarding our technicians arrival. Our Technician, Gene, is an absolute jewel. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in what he does. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions and concerns. Plenty of value for money spent. I highly recommend Sing Heating.

On Sunday I noticed the AC wouldn't switch over to heat and fan wouldn't shut off. I woke up monday…read moremorning an I was freezing. It was the coldest day of the year so far. I figured a sensor or something had gone bad so I reached out to Sing as they are local in my neighborhood. Monday morning they came out and within five minutes I got the dreaded words that no homeowner wants to hear "your unit needs to be replaced". The heat exchanger was cracked and was a safety hazard so they needed to disable the unit. Later that day I got a call from Sean and he sent over a couple quotes for me. I spent the rest of the day trying to get quotes to compare and do all the research I could on HVAC unit pros and cons. I'm that type of shopper. I did a Yelp request a quote to get some more prices. Most places don't want to give a quote without coming out to have a look, but some of them were able to put something together because I knew exactly what I was looking for. One other company was able to come out the same day to have a look. By the end of the day I had five quotes. Sing wasn't the cheapest, but they also were thousands less than some of the quotes I got. I left Sean a message after hours because I knew he had an opening to get it installed the next day. He called me back first thing in the morning and set it up. By the end of the day, I had a working HVAC unit. The guys that came out were very professional and polite. During the coldest week of the year, I definitely need to give a huge shoutout to Sean and his team at Sing for taking care of this job so quickly. After doing my research I feel like I got a great price for the product and an excellent warranty if anything goes wrong in the future. I hope you don't need an HVAC repair at your house, but if you do I highly recommend Sing Heating and Air. #ThankYouThursday
