Kam was able to come on the same day I called him (a Monday). He was not only beyond kind and professional, but he went the extra mile to really clean up all the glass from my car. Since there were so many tiny pieces leftover in my car, it was hard to vacuum them all, but he went over it like five times for me. He even did it once more after I paid to try to make the back seat as safe as possible. Because it was a harder cleanup, it took him about two hours to repair.
