They had not bothered to call me and let me know that my appointment had been canceled. As I was in a time crunch I left voice mail messages to get back to me as soon as possible. I called at 9AM the next morning, their indicated opening time and left a voice mail to get back to me ASAP. At 10:30 I went over and at 10:45 the manager was just arriving and when I talked to her she had many excuses as to not getting in touch with me, one blaming the glass manufacturer. They had not received the glass yet so I told her to cancel they job. I will say that on an earlier RV replacement when they got around to doing a good job, but with that time they did have problems with communications.

They ordered our new windshield right after we contacted them after the incident. They took our Jeep into the garage immediately upon our arrival because the windshield was pretty well destroyed. Everyone who works there was very helpful. We were back on the road at 2:30pm to continue our journey north. Safe Lite wanted us to wait two days for the repair. Being stuck on 95 was not fun with cell service very limited. I thank all the employees at Virginia Auto Glass for their great service.
