I worked with Prime on a project to adjust the windows in our living room (change the size +…read morereplace). This required a few stages of construction to include removing old windows, re-framing and drywalling, adding new custom windows and replacing the exterior siding. I enjoyed working with both Jackson, our sales/project contact, and Tyler, our day-of PgM. While we had some delays with materials being delivered from vendors, there was nothing that was out of the ordinary for a construction job -- you'll always need to be a bit flexible. Jackson and Tyler were always kind with me and my family, calm when addressing concerns, and quick to return messages when I had questions. They pointed out other concerns with windows we weren't ready to replace but could do a fix on to hold them out longer; they gave me some tips on how to trim out the interiors because I wanted to DIY it; and even ran a magnet over the worksite to ensure the clean-up was immaculate.
