The owner was very accommodating for a fairly last minute mani and pedi for two people. They were efficient and created a good experience. Would recommend. read more

I called and made an appointment. When I arrived and checked in for my appointment, I was informed there was a $3 fee if I had not brought my own nail file with me. I was not informed of this information when I made the appointment and I did not see it listed anywhere in the shop. For a basic pedicure and cat eye gel polish (plus the charge for the nail file), it cost $67. My feet feel nice and my nails look pretty good, but the expense seems excessive and the nail file charge feels deceptive and chintzy. read more

One of the worst but most expensive mani-pedis ever. Literally they didn't sanitize the tubs, no liners either. Basically used nail clippers. No polish at all for me upon my request and charged $75. They charged me extra for using a credit card too. read more

I had an appointment for a pedicure at 1:45, the deluxe pedicure. While the man did a satisfactory job doing the actual painting of my nails the rest of the pedicure was very disappointing. My entire pedicure was 20 minutes and I feel like I didn't get close to what should have been included in the deluxe pedicure. Won't go back. read more

Experience not that great. Paid $114 with a tip for basic gel three days later the gels on my nails are already lifting and coming off. read more

$62 for a BASIC GEL PEDI!!! I PAID $72 w a $10 tip, and why I tipped is beyond me. Went in and they weren't very friendly. Don't care. Nobodies friendly these days. The scrubbing w the pumice stone maybe lasted 30 seconds on each foot. Ok fine. The massage wasn't a massage it was so light I couldn't feel anything and that lasted maybe a minute. I had asked for more pressure, but no, there was no foot massage. I didn't ask how much a BASIC gel pedicure would be which was probably my biggest mistake. All said and don't I go to pay and she says $62. SIXTY TWO DOLLARS. I didn't have my own nail kit which was an extra $2. Still dumb founded by the price. I tip the man because that's what you do, so I paid $72 fucking dollars for a gel pedicure that was shit. Kill me now. He doesn't paint the very tip end of the nails either. Just left feeling like a piece of crap. AVOID. read more

$80 for this is honestly insane. i feel bad for anyone that didn't check reviews before visiting like me. the guy that did my nails didn't prep my nails besides cutting and filing them slightly, he definitely didn't try to blend the color at all, some are crooked, and they are pointing upwards off of my nail rather than straight. no time or care put in at any point during my stay. please don't waste your money, i would much rather use press on's or go to walmart then having whatever this mess is read more

We are on vacation from Idaho. One of my acrylic nails broke and I didn't want to walk around for the rest of the trip with a wonky nail. We called a few places in town to see if they could fix the nail while we were driving through the area. Nobody was able to do it. My Husband found solar nails online, we called and they told me I could come right in and get it fixed. The young man fixed my nail and did a very nice job taking the time to make sure it matched all of my other ones. Because I'm not from Oregon, I did not have the special Oregon nail kit with me so he made sure I had one of those and charged me a very reasonable price for the whole package including the good company! Thank you so much!! read more

i went here for a quick fill for prom, they didn't even fill them all the way and the lady was rude until she watched me fill the receipt out and tip her. My nails are missing chunks of polish and didn't get the glitter i asked for. i filed them down more when i got home because they were bumpy and slanted. i got the mother and she was yelling and angry the whole time. She was very rough and took 2 hours to fill and paint my nails. The other people seemed nice and genuinely happy. The atmosphere was very unwelcoming and i left with anxiety and very unhappy with my nails. (though they were only 24.40 what much can you expect) read more

Waste of money. Brought in a picture of what I wanted done and asked the lady if she could do it, she said yes but clearly had no idea what she was doing, I really didn't get them very long at all and she told me she would have to charge me $5 more because I wanted them long. My nails lasted all of THREE days before 2 nails broke off. I don't work with my hands or anything like that. Just broke like nothing. read more

Worst nail salon experience my friend and I have ever had! Employees are rude and don't care to make their customers happy! Worst looking nails I've seen and a total rip off! Solar Nails and Spa - Damage to real nail beds from peeling off old shellac that now shows through the clear polish - Day Spas Near Me - Klamath Falls, Oregon

Absolutely the worst manicure I've ever had. The woman who worked on me was older, and clearly didn't care about what she was doing to my nails. I might have been able to get over her poor customer service if she hadn't torn up my nails and skin. She cut my cuticles to the point that they bled (I am not a bleeder) and buffed my nails so much that I barely have any nail left. She also carelessly buffed over my skin, which contributed to the bloody cuticles. The shape of my nails is different on each nail, extremely inconsistent and uneven. I tried to show her what I wanted but she didn't seem to care. I got one color shellac polish with no art, and the quality is poor. It was clear from the beginning that the outcome would be bad, and if I could go back in time I would have just stopped her then. I will never go back to this place. read more

The lady was very nice. I will say that. That is unfortunately the only real positive I have to say. I took my daughter in for her forst mani pedi. The guy who got "assigned" to her was absolutely upset about it, maybe angry? He was rude. Acted like she was an adult with telling her how to do things. She is 3. Anyways, all in all I didn't expect a cheap bill, but $128 for a polish for my daughter, a pedicure for both of us and mani for me. I could go to a nice salon, where the time is worth the money for that price. For future reference, we will. I recommend calling other salons first. Many in klamath have multiple spa chairs. The only real attraction here. Sorry. I wish I had a better review for todays visit. Other have been better. read more

Solar Nails and Spa - Day Spas Near Me - Klamath Falls, Oregon

Recently moved to the area and was in search of a new nail salon, figured I would just start at one and see how it went. Well, the first one was a success! I've been here twice now, the first time for a full set, second time for a fill and pedi. Both times Sabin did a great job! It is a busy place though so I would recommend making an appointment. read more

Solar Nails and Spa - Pedi done by Sabin - Day Spas Near Me - Klamath Falls, Oregon

I had was left with a set of nails that wasn't finished after visiting anothr salon and having a terrible experience. This happened on a Saturday which I know is a busy day. Despite not having an appointment (no walk-ins), they said they coud finish my nails so I wouldn't have to go home to rip off the tips after finishing the current client. I saw nail art the tech did on another customer and it was beautiful. They were polite, the stations were clean and he did a great job. I will definitely go back for fills. A nice, friendly, clean place to have your nails done. The price as consistent with other salons in my area and I'm pleased with the service I received. read more

Unfortunately, I was not pleased with my visit after being recommended by family to go here while I was visiting from out of town. My daughter and I went to get our nails done, I got a full set and my daughter got regular nail polish. She is 5 years old. I have never paid this much for my nails EVER and I have gotten my nails done in multiple big cities (big cities always charge more). Based on their prices online a full set is $50, and a regular nail polish is $12. I paid $75 for my full set, which doesn't even look like what I wanted, is uneven, and not shaped like my natural nail bed. I then paid $20 for my 5 year old daughters regular painted nails! The tech spent maybe 5 minutes with her! I recently got her nails done in Eugene at a very expensive salon and it was $10 for her gel nails! For $95 I expect to absolutely love my nails, have them be completely perfect and at least be offered water while I got them done. I was way overcharged! I would never go back. read more

Very relaxing and prompt service. They were nice and seemed to care about their client. I will definitely be coming here again.

Man was to rough with my pedicure, the foot lotion , cuticle cream are cheaply made, and I will never pay $44.00 for the worst pedicure in my life. The only positive I could say is an awesome job with artwork. read more

I was extremely reticent about making an appointment for a side by side pedicure, but I'm so glad I did. When we explained that this was my companion's first pedicure, they explained a lot more about what they were doing and helped her understand what was expected of her (which no one ever did for my first, and I felt incredibly stupid). They were professional, respectful, and friendly, including us in jokes and friendly teasing among the staff. They clarified that the callous treatment would be an extra $5 before they even started the pedicure. My feet haven't been this soft in YEARS, and the polish is perfect. No chips, no bubbles, none on my cuticles or skin. I'm so glad we took the risk - we'll be back, for sure, and next time I'm going to request art! read more

If there was a negative star I would have not even given it that. HORRIBLE. What was so bad? Let me see....1. You have to make an appointment. Why? not sure. So I made one and came on time. The man, owner?, in charge appeared annoyed I was there. I ended up waiting in the pedicure chair for 25 minutes. A girl came in after me for an appointment at the same time as me and was seated and immediately worked on. When I was about to walk out, a lady came and I thought ok, hopefully this will be relaxing. 2. No. not relaxing at all. 3. The man and the lady working on my toes (his wife?) got into some sort of domestic argument and were yelling and throwing tools into the water. Not relaxing. 4. the lady used a rock, literally a rock from outside to pumice the bottom of my foot. only her way of pumicing was to bang the rock on my foot. ??? no. 5. She hit the nail brush at one point with the end of the hose and debris (umm gross not sure what it was) flew everywhere, all over my legs, pants and lap. Not OK. I asked her to please stop and she scowled at me and said ' I'm cleaning it for you". ok no. 6. when it came time to pay- the only reason I paid was that the end product was good, polish looked nice feet felt good, I guess the rock banging helped- nobody came to the register to check me out. The man explained she was outside and would come in a minute...never came. finally he opened the door and yelled something to her and sighed heavily and came to check me out. 7. I was overcharged what was listed on the price sheet. I mentioned that and the man just stared at me and repeated the price. I paid and left no tip. still, the lady had not returned. I would not recommend anyone come here ever. It is weird to me that in this town this is the only stand alone nail salon. All others are in hair salons or spas. I cannot believe they are still in business. Your call..but I warned you. read more

RUDE! Walked in today with a friend on a Monday. Only one patron in the store. Asked for a mani/pedi. Was asked to come come back in three hours. The guy was very rude and acted as if he were put out for coming in. He lost a lot of money and great customers. read more

If I could give any advise to anyone it would be to NOT go to this nail salon. It was the worst experience I've gone through. The prices were extremely high and they kept trying to nickel and dime me for "everything". I got a simple fill for a French acrylic set and I was charged twice as much as compared to other locations. The customer service is terrible! The male who did my nails literally only said one word to me throughout the one and a half hours that I was there. He had a rude attitude, I didn't feel welcomed at all. Lastly, the nails were the worst. I could've easily done a better job myself (and I'm not licensed). They were very long, uneven, with many bubbles and rough edges. One nail had a hair across it! I immediately went back and asked that they fix everything and they ended up charging me $5 for that! Please do NOT go there. It's appalling how unprofessional they were. It's my first and last time going there. (This location does not even deserve one star). read more

I will never return here to get my nails done. I went in expecting to receive a manicure and they didn't even file my nails or anything. They literally slapped on nail polish. My designs look like they were done by a toddler. Very disappointed and a complete waste of money. read more

I booked a side by side pedicure before a fun trip with my daughter. Very quick and unsatisfying service. My tech was called away to do nail art so I received far less "attention" than my daughter. Neither tech seemed to look down very often so both of us felt lots of rough patches and jagged nails. All employees seemed more interested in quantity vs quality. I will go to the local beauty college before I go to Solar Nails again. read more

Painful!!! The guy there was rude and blamed me for his poor work. Horrible customer service and the worst fill I've ever had! He made my cuticles swollen and bloody and didn't fix them correctly. He charged me for a back fill with two broken nails and only did a fill. One nail broke the very next day. Very unhappy with the quality and attitude of this place. Will never go back! read more

Went in to parlor at about 4:45pm with two girlfriends for pedicures as window proclaimed walk-ins were welcome. Guy there said "we don't have time for you today" and turned away. Parlor was open until 7pm that night. If you can't accomodate walk-ins don't advertise for them. read more

The guy who did my nails (acrylics) was very rough with my hands and all the nails are crooked. After my nails being done for not even and hour the polish is already chipping and one of my nails is not even glued on all the way. The one pedicure I had there was good, however I am done trying to get services there. Since then, I have tried to get in 3 times and have been turned away all 3 ( they were a little rude too). It was not as though I was told to wait 20 minutes; I was told no we don't have time for you come back later, no offer of an appointment, no explanation... Just simply to go away. If you don't have an appointment don't waste the gas to get there. It may be worth a call to see if they are open too... I give places 3 chances and needless to say...I won't try to go back, if you try to go, I wish you luck not getting turned away. read more
