However, I was disappointed because I specifically requested a full-body deep tissue massage and asked beforehand if he was able to provide that type of treatment. He said yes, but the deep tissue portion only lasted about 15-20 minutes before transitioning back into a light Swedish-style massage. I was also not informed that he only focuses on certain sections of the body, even though I requested a full-body session. I completely respect his massage style and understand that it may be exactly what some clients are looking for. I just wish there had been more honesty and clarity upfront so I could have chosen a therapist better suited to the type of treatment I wanted.
