I was in Alamogordo leaving work when she called, I was able to pull over under some shade and confirmed that Batteries+ was still in town, called Urenas, and was able to get her and the car taken over and the battery replaced. While she was waiting, I directed my wife to Texas Roadhouse so she could get some tea and wait in an air-conditioned environment away from the sun. The truck was very fast getting to her, even though it was 4:30 on a week day. Excellent service, and I will recommend them highly and definitely use them again if needed. Elapsed time from my wife's initial call to me and Batteries+ testing the old battery: less than 90 minutes. And yes, Batteries+ did a great job testing the old battery and confirming it had reached the end of its days before installing a new Duracell Gold Star battery. I greatly appreciate them and this is the second time I've used the services of Battery+ for a car battery.

Granted, they mainly work on American bikes, but they can work on and fix almost anything, if not, they will refer you out. I first discovered them on a ride stop for a poker run. I quickly found out that this is a good place to get dealer level service without the dealer level prices. I take two of my three bikes here. The other one is under warranty, hence taking it somewhere else. The point is, Southwest Wheeln makes you feel like a valued member of their family'. They communicate with their customers well and their prices are very reasonable. A tough thing to find in LC. I will keep using them for years to come.

NOWHERE on their website is it pointed out that they are a HD Only shop. Pretty bad attitude, and it looks like they don't really want to make any money since they are driving away potential customers like that. I really wanted to support a new local small business, but the attitude is just too rude.

However, after receiving the tire back there was unfortunately damage to my rear rim. I took photos of my rim before taking them to the shop, transported for extra caution on a moving blanket both to and from the shop (not that it needs it, the rubber of the tire when laid down is wide enough the rim doesn't touch as well as the sprocket being in the way). After I got home I noticed the damage to the tire and called in, they requested I bring in the tire so they could see what they could do. After I brought in the tire and rim back they decided to condescendingly mansplain to me how tires get installed, rather then take any responsibility for the damage they caused. Even with photo proof of the rim being in perfect condition before dropping off. Not only are there chips in the metal of the rim, but the rim decal stickers are damaged as well. I personally work in the motorcycle industry and the way these folks treated a fellow rider was frankly shameless. I will never ask this shop to work on any of my other motorcycles, and I suggest you steer clear as well. Please see attached photos showing damage, picture with the bike stand in view is the night before I dropped the rims off at the shop.

Called Richard's RV Repair service, he came to our site and inspected the situation. We had a busted brake spring. It had just happened so no damage to the trailer. We had him do a replacement and he wanted to inspect the other brake on the remaining tire for a precaution. Richard was very professional and knowledgeable about our problem. Highly recommend his services.
