Brandice and Mallory are incredibly talented, educated injectors and both are perfectionists! I am so glad I never leave there feeling pressured to get extra procedures, or to buy extra products. My absolute favorite aestheticians are Tiffin and Lauren, they are amazing! The experience is just relaxing and perfect each time. Of course, the facility is beautiful. It's always clean and wonderfully maintained. My only complaint would be that I can't get an appointment right away if I need to cancel one. But that's only because the book is always full. I scheduled a…read moresame day appointment online and the recommendation email encouraged one to dress comfortably and stay hydrated. While on route my appointment was canceled. Disappointing. However, I stopped in and the representative was very apologetic. It was a very snowy day and the professional that would administer my IV Therapy would be in later. The IV Treatment took approximately an hour to complete. While receiving the treatment, I watched videos on my phone and relaxed. The representatives were attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The office was also nicely decorated. I felt very hydrated that day and used the restroom a lot. However, I did feel more energized and had overcome a few symptoms from a recent illness.
