I showed up for the follow-up appointment at the time we agreed to meet, but was dismayed to learn from a sign taped to the office door that the office was closed because of a computer problem. I left a voice message on the office phone number expressing my irritation at not being notified sooner that the appointment was cancelled, as it resulted in my unnecessarily wasting 40 minutes to get to the office and return home. Perhaps the office could not access the schedule of appointments for the day because of the computer problem. It's been a month since I was stood up and called, and no one from the office called me back to apologize or reschedule the appointment with me.

It's simple. I'm looking for a medical professional that 1) can get me in as close to my…read moreappointment time as possible and 2) to seem like they genuinely care. Dr Whiddon failed on both accounts. I arrived between 5 to 10 minutes early for my first appointment and had the pleasure of sitting in the waiting room close to thirty minutes past my appointment time. Then I experienced another 10 minute wait in the room itself. I spent close to 10 minutes with the doctor, who I felt was extremely cold and more interested in talking about treatment prices. That's fine, I like getting to the bottom line, but he really could not tell me how many treatments I would need or how many injections per treatment. It was all "however much your budget allows". That's not answer, I need the bottom line on how much I can expect on a full treatment instead of figuring it out as I go. Unfortunately, I have heard that he is really great at what he does, but I will not be spending another dime or minute of my time in his office.

They were painful and I hated wearing the compression tights for days and days afterwards with no real results. Fast forward to a year later. I went to Dr. Whiddon, who used a combination of laser and sclerotherapy all in one visit. WOW. What a difference AND I didn't have to wear compression tights afterwards. I'm attaching a photo of my BEFORE and AFTER, but the picture really doesn't do it justice. I know that the light looks a little different between the pictures, but that's my bad for taking one with a flash and one without. There's no Photoshop or doctoring to either of these images. It's a MAJOR difference and I'm finally confident enough to wear shorts. Thank you, Dr. Whiddon!!

I explained this over the phone and figured it was just a mistake, but they sent the bill to collections and now I am being harassed by a collection agency - again for a service that I did NOT request and did NOT receive. I pay my bill in full every single time I go to any doctor and this is obviously a mistake on their end. Now I risk losing points on my credit score over a paltry amount that I am being wrongfully charged because this scumbag company wants to try and scam me out of $50 something dollars that I refuse to pay. Go anywhere else for your testosterone needs or anything else they provide. Stay away from this company at all costs. Communication with my friends and family from everyone at the hospital and especially from the doctors were superb. Fast forward to a cardio ablation in 2013 where I agreed to have performed by Dr. Rizvi, assisted by Dr. Beveridge (consultation by Dr. Deville) at the same hospital. Again, the communication with friends and family were outstanding. My left atrium chamber of my heart was ablated in the most difficult procedure ever attempted where almost 100 percent of the chamber wall was ablated (electrically burned basically) (per Dr. Rizvi). I am very happy to report the procedure 100 percent successful and I have been in normal heart rhythm ever since (knock on wood)! I am blessed and so are all of these Doctors, PAs, Nurses, Techs and their wonderful front end and check out staff. Ya know... I have heard some of the doctors call themselves 'technicians' - well I can assure you all these people routinely have good credits placed on their souls! In fact, "D" magazine September 2015 has listed at least two of these doctors as being nominated by their professional peers as Top Doctors in their field but shoot... I could have told you that!

This clinic's conduct reflects a profound disregard for basic ethical standards in mental health…read morecare. I was notified through a brief, impersonal email that my therapist "will not be continuing to work with [this] company", without any dates indicating when care would end or had already ended, and with no advance notice, no transition plan, no referrals, and no effort to ensure continuity of care. The therapist I worked with, Whitney Scheef, LPC, was exceptional--highly skilled, compassionate, and genuinely trauma-informed. Any progress or sense of safety in treatment was due entirely to her professionalism, not this organization. The contrast between her ethical care and the clinic's conduct is stark. Abruptly disrupting trauma therapy without appropriate planning directly contradicts established professional ethics. The APA Ethics Code (Standard 10.10) explicitly requires reasonable efforts made to ensure continuity of care when services are interrupted. Similarly, principles of nonmaleficence and beneficence require organizations and clinics to actively prevent harm--not create it through administrative negligence. Trauma therapy relies on stability, trust, and predictability. This clinic demonstrated none of these. Instead, clients, including I, were treated as interchangeable accounts rather than human beings engaged in vulnerable, high-risk therapeutic work. This either suggests a lack of ethical competence or a willful disregard for client welfare. If you are considering this practice, understand this clearly: when faced with an ethical responsibility to protect vulnerable clients, this clinic chose convenience and abdication of duty.

WARNING.....***DO NOT GO TO THIS MD***…read more My name is Holly and I have Severe Chronic Fatigue/Myalgic Encephalitis. I have disabled and a shut in for 15 years. I am severely disabled! (see photo). After 3 months with Dr.Goyal, I am so much worse that I can barely care for myself. After bloodwork, I was told by Dr. Goyal that I was diabetic. The degree of neglect constitutes a Breach of Medical Ethics. The Staff was Horrible!!! I was treated rudely, angrily, and with a complete lack of compassion. During one phone call with Dr. Goyal, she hung up on me. I literally begged the staff to help me get through to her, to no avail. I have been trying to research Diabetes myself. I have never complained about an MD before but will be sending this to the appropriate board for review. Take note, Dr. Goyal first appeared to be very kind. Do not let that fool you. Please read all of the other bad reviews. 1. Never explained Diabetes at all. 2. Never discussed Diabetic Diet at all. 3. Never prescribed Metformin, when I could not afford $700 a month for Ozempic. 4. Never discussed any of the many other diabetic medication which could be less expensive. 5. Never suggested a Glucose Monitor. 6. Never ordered Physical Therapist to access me for Wheelchair. 7. Never ordered Home Health. 8. Never explained Chronic Fatigue/ Myalgic Encephalitis to Staff. 9. Never explained to Staff my Extreme Sensitivity to Light and Noise and need to speak to me very slowly and quietly. 10. Never returned my 5 phone calls placed every Monday for 5 weeks. 11. Never delivered a month of Wegovey samples to my home as promised in July. 12. Never explained Wegovy must be taken at the same time daily, which is impossible with Severe Chronic Fatigue/ Myalgic Encephalitis. 13. Never acknowledged that Wegovy is not approved for diabetes and therefore would not be approved by insurance company. 14. Therefore, I did not have any diabetic medication in three months. 15. Did not understand Severe Chronic Fatigue/Myalgic Encephalitis, because she said, " I do not have any physical or biological means to prove you need an electric wheelchair." 16. Staff was rude and even accused me of lying. 17. At this point, I canceled all future appointments, and in search for a new MD. 18. However, without a wheelchair of any kind, I cannot walk from my front door to a car, to get to a new MD. 19. I have been disabled and a shut in for 15 years. 20. My overall health and ability to care for myself has been greatly reduced because of Dr. Goyal's complete disregard for my care. This is a question of Medical Ethics which must be addressed.
