The stylist was also very friendly and seemed to understand what I was looking for. I even provided a picture. When she made the first cut I realized she did not understand what I was looking for at all. I made peace with the new length of my hair but it wasn't until the first cut of my bangs that my heart sunk. I literally felt sick. My bangs are well above my eyebrows. Straightened. I have naturally curly hair, which I explained to her. I'm not looking forward to my first curly hair day with these new, extremely short bangs. I will not be back.

This was one of the worst salon experiences I have ever had…read more Before my appointment even began, I clearly communicated that I wanted bangs and showed a reference photo. I specifically said that I know bangs are tricky and that if the stylist was not comfortable, I did not want her to do them. She assured me she could. She could not. She cut my bangs far too thick and far too wide--essentially from ear to ear--and then, in what felt like a panic, over-thinned them trying to fix it. The result is uneven, stringy, misaligned sections with different lengths, and hair that now starts much farther back on my head than it ever should. This is not a minor mistake--it fundamentally altered the structure of my haircut in a way that cannot be quickly corrected. To make matters worse, she was late to my appointment, and there was no acknowledgment or remedy offered for that. The lack of professionalism continued when I raised concerns. I was told, "it's not a big deal, it will grow," which is incredibly dismissive considering I have multiple family events and travel coming up, including a professional photoshoot. When I spoke to the owner, the response was, "what do you want me to do about it?" There was no accountability, no attempt to meaningfully fix the situation, and no care for how this impacts me beyond the salon chair. While I was not charged for the haircut itself, I still paid $80 for color--and that is the least of what this has cost me. This experience has cost me confidence, comfort, and peace of mind during important family moments that I cannot redo. This was never about saving $20 on a haircut. I paid far more than that in the aftermath of this experience. Mistakes can happen. But poor skill combined with dismissiveness, lack of accountability, and unprofessional handling is unacceptable. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, especially for precision services like bangs.

Jessica G excels as a hairstylist and teacher for upcoming stylists. Jessica G is the hair professional I have been looking for my whole adult life. She is amazingly knowledgeable about hair overall. My wonderful experiences with her have included services focused on steps to improve the health of my hair, a hair cut, and being Jessica G's blank canvas for coloring my hair.. When it came to coloring my hair, I already had such confidence in Jessica G's knowledge and ability that I gave her total control. I have been a blond my entire life but Jessica G saw me as a redhead. I went in as a blond and left as a gorgeous redhead. I told Jessica G that I didn't want to know her plan for my hair color until the process was completed so I kept my eyes closed through the coloring process. When I was turned towards the mirror and saw my beautiful red hair I absolutely loved it and have loved it ever since. My family loves it too. Red is the color that woke up my skin tone. The transformation has been fantastic. I have seen how Jessica G takes upcoming or new hairstylists under her wing and is in the process of transforming them from a new stylist to a knowledgeable professional. I had the pleasure of having Jessica G and two other stylists, Rylie and Grace, working on my hair. I saw them soaking up Jessica G's knowledge which is a huge stepping stone on their path to becoming fantastic hairstylists themselves. My last thought to share is thank you Jessica G, Grace, and Rylie for loving what you do and radiating so much positivity. My time with you is so much fun!!! I look forward to my appointments with you in the future

I went in for a consultation and David quoted me $300 for a keratin treatment. Then, the day of the appt, he told me the price was $50 more then the original price, and that he did not have the product to do the treatment coming in until the following day, so I would need to reschedule. (A professional would have called in advance to tell me this!) I asked him about the price difference, he told me he misquoted me in our original consult (no apology!) I made a new appointment anyway, only to receive a call ten minutes later saying he actually could not fit me in, and I should find a salon that could, and that he did not appreciate me asking about the price change. This was the most unprofessional, haphazard, & rude I have ever had!!
