I would like to highly recommend Anita Radosevich and Career ladders Inc…read more From start to finish Anita was 100% Professional and really Impressed me. She made sure I understood how her resume writing services worked including her fees. Her wide range of industry knowledge especially the vehicle maintenance and repair background were impressive. She took the time and effort to set interview appointments and kept to them. During these interviews it was hard to talk about myself. Anita knew how to articulate the conversation to help get the juices flowing. Before I knew it we were nearing interview end and able to provide Anita some solid feedback. The final product reflected our interviews and time well spent. For me, it was how she was able to capture my 20 plus years in the Fleet Maintenance/Repair industry and capture that experience into something I was proud of. Anita and her Career Ladders Services offers so much more than just resume writing. I am confident whatever your needs may be in seeking new employment or just thinking your ready for a career change Anita will be able to guide you through the process step by step.

I loved my major but I just didn't love the lifestyle. I worked 60+ hour weeks and was under-appreciated. I started searching jobs and articles about the best and stable jobs in the U.S. and the first thing that I found on google was information about federal jobs. While I've always heard of being a civil servant, I didn't realize what exactly it meant. I did my research and realized that I wanted to work for the government because it was rewarding and had amazing benefits and job security. I reached out to Anita, and she really gave me a lot of information about the application process for federal jobs. She was extremely patient with me. We had multiple conversations via email and phone over the next two months. I started applying to every job that I qualified for and applied for about 5 months (patience is a virtue). In May of 2016, there was a position as a clerk and only paid $32,000 but I applied to it anyway. In July 2016, I interviewed and was chosen for the position. I was hesitant to accept because I had a bachelors degree and was taking a HUGE pay cut, but I did it anyway, and I don't regret it one bit. Long story short, I was a GS-4 clerk for a year and three months before I was promoted to a position that I had applied to for a Claims representative GS- 5 that would lead me to a GS-10 after a year and nine months. Only 3 months into the claims representative position, I was promoted to a position I applied to as a disability claims examiner (my current position). The position starts as a GS-7 and in about a year and nine months, I will be a GS-11. Essentially, I went from a GS-4 to a GS- 7 in less than a year and a half and in total will have gone from a GS-4 to a GS-11 in only 3 years and 4 months. I'm not sure if it was luck, but it was definitely patience, persistence, and help from Anita. I really recommend Anita, as she knows tricks and ways of composing resumes that'll get their attention and provide you with a potential life long career.

Need help filing bankruptcy? Muoi Chea can help!…read more Recently some family friends found themselves in a financial mess. They've always had financial issues but it was at an all-time breaking point. They had over $200K in credit card debt, unpaid bills, late fees, lawsuits from creditors, nonstop phone calls from collection agencies, and they were trying to borrow money from friends and family left and right. They tried debt consolidation/debt relief after seeing a TV commercial but that didn't help. We decided their best bet was to file bankruptcy. Since they aren't native English speakers, I helped them through the entire process (took about 1-1.5 years) including coming on Yelp to find a bankruptcy lawyer. I had no idea what to expect and honestly felt embarrassed and ashamed that I was even contacting someone regarding bankruptcy. But I guess I should be thankful that we weren't personally filing bankruptcy. And I chalk up the whole journey as a learning experience. Muoi (pronounced "Mwee") and her team were very helpful in filing the necessary paperwork and informing us of what documents were needed. I had the fun job of gathering all their credit card statements, credit card company lawsuits, gambling win/loss statements, property tax info, bank statements, and more. I also took over their finances with regards to paying the mortgage, utilities etc. In the process, we unearthed the main issue: casinos and gambling addictions. For payment to the office, Muoi would usually require cash, but wisely, she would accept my personal checks lol. I guess with bankruptcy filers, you can't really trust that their checks will clear but she trusted us. ^_^ My only issue (hence the 4 stars) was how our meeting times would ALWAYS start late. That's a pet peeve of mine. If your meeting is set for 11am, don't make your clients wait 20 or 30 minutes while you wrap up your previous meeting. Either schedule more time per meeting or do a better job with the time management. It seemed like every time we met, we would be sitting in the waiting room twiddling our thumbs while my frustration grew. If it was one time, I could overlook it, but it seemed like every single time, it was just expected we would not start on time. But perhaps a lot of her clients have issues with showing up on time so it's an endless cycle, who knows. But for me, the punctuality is a must for a professional company. 5 minutes, sure, but more than 15 each time is showing this is a chronic issue and you're not being considerate of people's time. Even our phone calls would start late!! But alas, in the end, it all worked out.... Bankruptcy is an interesting process. I'm shocked more people don't file bankruptcy because it was almost too easy. I had expected these family friends to get reprimanded somewhere along the process, or at least a little lecture or a slap on the wrist? Something?! A mention of possibly watching Dave Ramsey or Caleb Hammer? Nope. Muoi had no idea who those people even are. I feel like a bankruptcy lawyer needs to know who Dave Ramsey is, but I guess it's not her job to fix the root issues. She's just there to help with the filing. Yeah, filing bankruptcy for these individuals was almost too easy. I'm shocked at HOW easy it was. On the day of their Zoom court date, there were probably 10-12 filers before our friends' names were called. One of the questions was, "Have you ever filed bankruptcy before?" It was so interesting that probably at least 50% of the filers said yes, they had filed bankruptcy before. Guess they've learned that you can just screw up your finances, rack up a ton of credit card debt, and then 7 years later, it'll all be erased. This blew my mind because in my world, you need to fix the root issue and find out what caused you to file bankruptcy to begin with, and then find ways to avoid doing it again in the future! But enough with my ranting and soapbox. The bankruptcy filing went through and now the credit card debts are just a distant memory for these friends. Filing was so easy that these people now have the audacity to go back to the casinos--which is what started this whole issue. *scream* Annoying and frustrating, but what can you do? Addictions are hard to break. I've done my part and now I just need to get away from these people because they've obviously not learned a thing from filing bankruptcy. When I see people who have made a mess with their finances despite me trying to help, it's time to step away for my own sanity's sake. Maybe if Muoi had yelled at them, it would have been more helpful... Thanks for reading my dissertation. Muoi is great if you need help filing (or helping a friend/family member file). Just be organized and respond to their phone calls, emails, texts. Glad Muoi and her team were able to help us during the difficult time when we were in new waters and trying to navigate the world of bankruptcy filing.

Let me start by first saying this family run business has always treated us exceptionally well. They have all always gone above and beyond. Their work is AMAZING. Steve has gotten my son who never smiles to actually SMILE in his Senior photos he took. Mind you the original studio through the school he attended photos were HORRIBLE!! On very short notice Steve met us at his studio and did re-takes for us at a very reasonable price. Infact CHEAPER than studio we were told to use through the school. I have used the digital images, as well as prints, purchased for so many different gifts. We have used them for blankets , invitations, ornaments, and on actual footballs!! The Santa Experience is like no other. The set is like something out of a movie. You are greeted in their lobby with coffee or hot cocoa, Christmas music playing as well as on the big screen TV. You enter through HUGE WOODEN DOORS and feel like you've entered THE NORTH POLE. There are different packages and activities for all people and price points. The kids can have Santa read a story, decorate a tree, cookies and milk, or play a game. The list is crazy. The kids names will be on the Nice / Naughty list. Wait until you see this Santa. He is so kind and AUTHENTIC!! It was and is AN EXPERIENCE that I suggest every family should try at least once. I would refer Lasting Memories Photography to anyone looking for professional photos with an extra touch!!
