Today, I had the pleasure of working with Liz via phone to help reduce the amount I am paying for my Auto and Renter Insurance (sidenote: Farmers no longer offers renters insurance). I have been with Ryan Turner since I started my insurance journey, and they have taken care of me since then. I am grateful to be a farmers member. Shoutout to Liz (@Ryan, give her a raise) because she was patient with me, kind, understanding, and shared the reality of the current economy. Having insight and understanding allows me to be an informed insurance shopper and creates the opportunity for me to make choices that best fit my lifestyle and budget.

Even though the office closed at 6 PM, she stayed after her shift to make sure my insurance was completed and active. She was kind, polite, patient, and never made me feel like I was a burden. Her reassurance and dedication saved me a day full of frustration and stress. Employees like her are the reason customers stay loyal. Sayed helped me a few years ago when he was with a large insurance company and was highly impressed…read moreby the way you explained the process and products. He used to constantly check in with me. After being with online insurance companies for a very long time, it was a very unique experience. He was always staying on top of my mind. Whenever I needed something I knew he will be there and he was always super prompt in his responses. I was getting terrible service after he left that company with the new agent assigned to me, who never took time to talk to me and was happy with auto-renewals. When I had finally reached out to the agent after 2-3 years, I didn't get any satisfactory response in addition to delayed responses and always voice mail. I really missed talking to the agent who can really understand what I'm looking for and help me. Finally, I reached back to Sayed again, and as always even after 3 years or he still remembers me and was available to talk and provided great options. It was a no-brainer to switch and save some money. More importantly, he provided great advice without any aggressive sales tactics. Just recently I needed some documents for my mortgage and he and his team jumped on it and addressed it within few mins. Normally, I wouldn't write long reviews, but I believe anyone can benefit from an agent who really cares and I would strongly recommend anyone looking for insurance products to try out Sayed even just to learn about the different options available, I'm sure you will not be disappointed.

Long story short the repair wasn't done correctly and the dryer vent was never hooked back up right! Farmers won't cover a thing because I was supposedly supposed to see through the walls with my x-ray vision to notice the problem ahead of time. They told me it was existing and covered nothing.
