The caramelized onion came through nicely and the meat was well seasoned. Yum! My wife had the chicken tenders and they were hand made, there's no way they came from the freezer section and they were on point and well seasoned. At first I was a bit concerned because we were the only customers at 12:30 on a Thursday and the menu is a bit of everything. No more concern, not after this amazing meal. Again, I have to stress how well seasoned with salt and pepper the food was. Well done!

Only 2 of 3 drinks were brought then we had to wait almost 10 minutes for the 3rd. The chips were warm-ish which was nice. My wife and son ordered chicken, cheese, and rice, and two grilled chicken tacos, respectively. Both came out cold. Not warm, not kind of warm. Cold. I had the choripollo. The queso on my dish was warm and that's it. We sent my wife's back to be warmed up but we were in a hurry so we just let the rest go. Also, we were checked on once. We had to seek out someone to get some help if we needed a refill on anything. We're currently at McDonald's so my son can get some hot food. Altogether, a pretty lousy way to spend about $40. I understand you can have a random bad experience but so many is called a trend. We're done with it. Goodbye Los Mariachis. We will never be back.

The egg rolls were a huge surprise - the texture was great, and they were not at all greasy. The fish was cooked perfectly, and the lengua was so flavorful and tender. My husband was also a huge fan of the sauce that came with the lengua tacos, and I enjoyed the sauce that came with the fish tacos. The cocktail, tequila, and Mezcal selections were equally impressive as the food, and they offer incredible specials throughout the week. Well I've found my new favorite Mexican restaurant in Springfield! We came in on a Monday night and…read moreit was busy at 7:30 which was a great sign. They had a nice entrance with some specials highlighted that we decided to sample. The salsa is a good portion which I always like and we ordered the salsa sampler which surprisingly came with homemade pork rinds. I wasn't expecting that! The green salsa was very good but the bean one with hot dogs wasn't my favorite. We decided to split the chicken and steak (mixed) molcajete and had a frozen and spicy skinny margarita (both delicious). The molcajete was absolutely humongous and enough food for 4 or 6 people. They brought us a side of jalapeños that were great as well as a spicy salsa for me (who loved the heat). I'll definitely be back here to try more from the menu!
