Special shout out to Dr. Panchal and Juliana, I started out with them and they make ever experience so great that out of all places in Tampa and all giveaways etc, I'll always come back to Bella Mia. Side note: I've had other cosmetic procedures elsewhere where they've used topical anesthetics and they never really work for me. I almost passed out from microneedling somewhere else! I love Bella Mia because Dr. Panchal uses a dental block to do lip fillers and I don't feel a THING! I even have my boyfriend obsessed with self-care here! Best Med spa I've ever been to!

More importantly I was not impressed with the staff. They were not friendly and for my treatment she didn't even bother to ask how I am, if I have any questions, or bother to go over the facial itself. Not recommending to friends and family.

I went to see Mari PA there to get new lip filler put in after having migration from a previous lip fill. I had no filler in my lips as I had it all taken out and I was excited for my new lips to be done. Take a look at these pictures. Bubbles all over my lips that are filler injected too close to the surface. Everyone asked me if I have herpes and lipstick won't cover it and they won't do anything for me. I will never go back. My lips are lumpy and I'm stuck with these results for a year now because they won't help me.

I have to share my horrible experience with Tristan from Elevate Medical Spa. I came in with…read moreconcerns about mild facial asymmetry but left with even worse results and no accountability. Tristan, the owner and injector, was the one who treated me. She added Radiesse filler without disclosing that it was non-dissolvable or that she was using two full syringes (I had never done Radiesse before). That's a lot of filler and would never ask for that much. A couple of months later, I returned with photos showing the noticeable unevenness. Also who add 2 syringes to only one side??? Obviously there's going to be noticeable unevenness. A skilled injector wouldn't do that. Instead of addressing it properly, she added more filler to the other side bringing my total cost to over $1500. There was no clear breakdown of costs or communication about what was being done at each step. Honestly it felt like her priority was getting me to spend as much money as possible. She used products I wasn't fully informed which left me feeling taken advantage of and disrespected.

I received no phone call, text, or email letting me know my appointment had been canceled or that the office would be closed.
