I plan to return on a subsequent visit from PA and would definitely recommend the Brow Lounge in Cornelius!

I was impressed with how quickly she completed my service, but now I realize it was because she didn't trim any long hairs or pluck and strays. The light in the service room wasn't that bright so I didn't see all the stay hairs she had missed otherwise I would've mentioned it. I was able to get in right away, but check out took upwards of 5 minutes as the associate was either new or just helping out. I'm not sure which. I actually felt bad for her since it was like she was left to the wolves. All in all, the service wasn't worth the price. I could've done a better job at home.

They feel it's ok to wait for your service but heaven for bid you are late they will one time. I say to the business owners to reconsider this policy as you will loose valuable customers such as myself. And receive no referrals.

From the moment I walked into her studio, I felt completely taken care of. She listened carefully to what I wanted, and not only delivered exactly that, but somehow made it even better I returned for my second full set. She takes notes so that when I come back, she knows what I like. I never have to worry about how I'll look when she's done with me. I've had lash extensions done by multiple artists before, and I was told my lashes were just "difficult" - the kind that couldn't hold extensions well (I am Asian with super straight lashes). Olivia proved that theory completely wrong. For the first time ever, my lashes lasted. To top it off, Olivia is warm, patient, and incredibly professional. Even when I was stuck in Friday traffic and ran 15 minutes late, she greeted me with nothing but grace and kindness, something that's rare and deeply appreciated. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my lashes now. She made me feel truly beautiful. If you're looking for the ultimate lash experience, go to the Lash Faerie. You won't regret it.
