First I thought the prices may be high but then I realized the prices are great and the products had great value. I couldn't resist the quality and the design of the shoes and I came out of the store with their newly design shoes. This is not a permanent store and opens for 4 months a year and I highly recommend their products! Go see them and try them before they are gone!

Well, looking at the clothes was enough fun for me. They have really cute stuff here from brands like Bench, Gentle Fawn, and Kidrobot. I really liked the women's jackets they had here; they were casual and sporty, but still cute and feminine (not too girly). I also fell in love with a cute handbag, but not with its price, unfortunately. There are clothes and accessories for both guys and gals here, and everything is a sporty/casual and modern chic style. Nothing is preppy or frilly. They also have an entire front section of shoes, with brands like Nike and Lacoste; most of them are sneakers, or flats for women. I don't know how I was able to miss their audio section ... guess that means I'll be going back! I just hope I don't cave in and buy another jacket ... they're cool but out of my price range here.

I've seen some of the coolest sneakers here--I wouldn't mind getting myself a pair. I do like the clothes here. Most of them are very casual or sporty. I found some nice fall coats too. Nothing here is plain and dull--everything is cool, hip, and trendy... oh, and expensive. This is a great place if you're into DJing, because Foosh sells DJ audio equipment and also a wide assortment of vinyl in the newest techno and electro beats. I also saw some imported Japanese items, like cute-character zipper pulls. I also spotted stuffed Domokun characters here in three different sizes! I'm seeing these every where now, and I'm afraid that it's a sign that masturbating really does kill kittens.

First walking in the store was pleasant enough, I was greeted and told about the sale they're having on all their jeans. But there came a turning point, I was approached by the same sales clerk four times! First two were to tell me about the sale on jeans. I thought nothing of it, there were a lot of people in the store maybe the clerk forgot she'd already seen and approached me at the entrance to the store. Third time I was looking at a sweater, I was approached and I was asked if I needed a size I said no thanks I see that there isn't a small. The fourth was to ask me if I would consider another colour. At that point I thought wow this girl is persistent! So I figured if she's not going to let me shop on my own I might as well make conversation. Seeing the condition of the store and having experience in retail myself I made comment in sympathizing with all the endless folding they must do ( making this comment while she was trying to get me to consider the sweater she was showing me). In response as politely as I could I said that it was not really my taste, she seem to take offense. My last remark to her was to say: "Thanks for your help but I think I will keep looking". Her reply was: "Well thanks for letting me unfold the sweater". Is this an anomaly in service? I hope so!! We all have off days but this is no way to treat customers especially if you want them to be repeat customers.

I do not shop at American Eagle very often, and when I do, it's usually for a friend. Their prices…read moreare not too high, and there is usually something on sale. This store is obviously catered for the female customers as the girl's section is about two-thirds of the store. On the same note, the guys side is not too bad itself. Service here has been difficult to find, and I shop here not expecting a sales attendant to help me. The store is very clean and they have loud fast-paced music pumping to just try and get you excited and shop more. If you've been dragged here, there is a couch and tv at the back of the store; although this is usually just playing accompanying music video to the store music, it is at least something to watch and the couches can be comfortable especially when walking all around the mall. They have plenty of fittings rooms so there is rarely a long wait, and if there are staff there, they will help you look for your size.

Unfortunately the store didn't quite have what we were looking for, but it was well lit, clean and staffed by some friendly and helpful staff members. The wares they carry are casual but more of the type of thing that exudes price and hopefully quality. The store is located in a lower basement level, like Divine, but it sells big brands like Lacoste and Triple 5 Soul. They have a whole wall of sporty and hip sneakers, most of them being the Lacoste brand. I really liked the jackets they had for women. Young and sporty, yet very cute and chic. Most of which I can't afford, however. The overall style of the store is sporty chic, things you typically see from the Bench brand. They have lots of jeans, both wide-leg and skinny, in all kinds of washes. I thought the prices for the jeans weren't too bad actually, for the brands they had there. Lots of items were on sale, from 30-70% off. They also have a guys section, and the store space is divided pretty equally between men and women here, which doesn't happen often. There are also bags, sunglasses, belts, and wallets available. Their stuff reminds me of what the trendy girls in high school usually wear. Maybe that's why it's so expensive ... they don't have to worry about paying rent and stuff! The girls who worked there appeared to be in high school too, giggling and doodling who knows what behind the counter. Overall, it's a neat little store, but I don't think it's for me.

Within 15 minutes the shoes were being purchased. It being an outlet store means that much of what is available is at a reasonable price for the brand, and that's quite helpful. They do have some good sales if you can find the style and size you like. I think they have a yearly garage sale where they have cheap clothes for a few dollars, that is what my friends have told me. In other Ricki's I have received great service, but this one not so much. If I'm in the area, I may pop in but I would not make a special trip to come to this store.
