My ledges were still dirty when they finished the pressure washing, and I paid extra to have a roof area cleaned that was not done well. Additionally, in the past, they talked me into replacing my gutter covers because my existing ones were collecting leaves and pollen. Unfortunately, the new covers they installed have the exact same problem. I reached out to customer service and received no response. After being a longtime customer, I'm extremely disappointed and will no longer support this business. I would be very wary of using them.

Very happy about the spring cleanup of my rather large yard that included a ridiculous amount of leaves, tree debris removal, removal of a fenced garden area, trimming bushes, and power washing my house. Did I mention a ridiculous amount of leaves ? They were quick to respond to my request for a quote (like they may wanted my business), were extremely polite and helpful to let me know what they'd be doing. They allowed me to schedule a day convenient for me, the prices were the best out of four quotes I received for my clean up. The crew showed up on the scheduled day ready to go. They did underestimate the amount of leaves that needed hauled away but did not stop until everything was done, and that meant a second day at my house. They kept going until it was done and done well. As a customer, I truly appreciate that. Those leaves were massive :) they took care of something I did not want to do myself and I couldn't be happier. You've gained a customer. Definitely recommend for the Goose Creek and surrounding areas for yard and outdoor maintenance!

The first issue is not xenophobic, but the person performing the service spoke zero English and had to use her phone to communicate with her. As such, it was difficult to communicate our job specs to her. She did her best but needed more support from her company. There was confusion with the order. She had to call someone and didn't understand what we wanted. We didn't get the upholstery done because she did 4 rooms instead of three. I honestly couldn't understand what the issue was but rather than pushing it, I was ready to be done. Less than an hour later I get a call from someone saying we owe more money because she did 4 rooms. -we tried to explain the issue to her but the language barrier prevented clear communication. -we didn't get the upholstery done since she "did an extra room." In summary, the quality of the work done was acceptable. The customer interaction had clear issues which could be seen as barriers to interacting with clientele. No work order was sent. I couldn't get a receipt no matter how many times I asked.

The house is a rental property that I own, but I live out of state, so I was a little worried it would be complicated to organize, but they made the whole process extremely simple. They did a house soft washing and gutter polishing. Ahead of the wash, they sent detailed instructions of how to prep the house ahead of the clean, and my renters had to barely do anything at all except move all their outside furniture/decor inside for the wash. They didn't even have to be home while the technician was there, which was very convenient, and they gave a 2-hour window for their arrival. They sent before and after photos, so I could see the difference, which was great since I'm not there physically.
