He only gave us a small container of bread that he had put together himself, and he took the basket of bread that was on our plate and brought it back to the kitchen, which makes me wonder: did that basket of bread that was on our table that my children touched go to another new table?! If so, that's gross! I mean I've heard of this practice in some shady restaurants but to me it doesn't befit place that's this high-end. And the waiter insisted that he be the one to pack up the leftovers - and he mixed up our guests items with each other rather than separate each dish like we asked.
