They run happy hour prices every day from 8-9 do it's half off all products of delta 8/9 and it makes sense because the devices either don't work or stop working on you. They don't take returns and when I've gone to see if it can be replaced in met with a strict NO. Absolutely terrible place and business. Luckily smoke shops come and go. So I'll be taking my business elsewhere as well as not recommending this place to no one. It's sad because it's less than a block away from my house, but that's what you gotta do when you are met with a shitty service!

The woman helping me today was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly not trained in basic customer service. Instead of helping me or recommending products, she rushed me and kept saying they didn't have anything for $15, even though I came prepared to spend over $150 because I just renewed my card. The service was loud, careless, and rude. If management reads this: your staff needs serious training. This location keeps losing customers because of the way your employees talk down to people. When I called, a manager promised he would drive to meet me to give me the hose because I lived too far to go back to the store. Every day that past there was a new excuse of why he could not come meet me. When I bought the hookah I asked the salesman why there was a difference in price of two very similar hookahs and his only answer was "the quality". But was is the smoke quality or the way the hookah parts are made? He didn't know. He was not very knowledgeable. I had to make the decision myself and I had to get on a step ladder to take it down. And when I asked about a coconut shell coal I never heard of his answer of why is it better was once again "the quality". The hookah began to fall apart after three uses. I even had to use tape to close gaps of air because the base did not attach to the stem correctly. Complete waste of $100. Overall they broke a promise and I had to call everyday for a week until I gave up. The hookah had poor quality and they are not knowledgeable about their products. I will never shop here again.

I look a glance their shop and noticed they have every smoke supply you'll need either for hookahs or just personal cannabis use. From roll up to bongs and pipes to edible gummy bears. They had a $20 deal which had - a plate, grinder, raw matches, lighter, white paper, hemp roll up, a pipe and the cleaner! Literally $40 + worth of supplies for $20 I had to! Since it was 4/20 she offered me "chill drink" and candy on my way out. Literally the nicest people ever and the only place around that sells the high hemp organic wraps.
