Today I'm going to share with you all the very bad experience and frustration: On December 2024, i saw on eBay EV Hummer. The truck was 2024. When i checked the car in Florida I found out that truck description posted on eBay not matching with the car like 350 miles for charge, original 314 miles, power hard cover on the back, original no cover? I sat down in the office with Kenny and Chris. Their explanation was they did that by mistake by copying and pasting from another car, but they didn't want to take any responsibility for that?? I decided to take the car. The car was delivered from Florida to New York without any inspection: Broken mirror, no charger, errors on the screen, tire pressure monitor not working, because tires and rims after the market, the car going on left on the highway. 1st day driving and making turn i herd very load noise under the car in the front? I stopped and found out the tires and rims on the both sides touching and rubbing the parts on the front..... I scheduled an appointment with GMC dealer service in Queens. Was very hard to take it in because of the damage from the tires after market. I call them back for the situation, they ask me to remove the reviews from the websites and they will have there service department to take care everything, they will pay and fix the problems. They emailed me and asked me to take the car in Long Island service place to check and fix the problems with tires and rims. The service owner came up with the solution to fix that and requesting not to drive the car until the problem is fixed. They send the estimate in SOFLO Customs and they did not respond. Kenny from SOFLO called me saying he is not going to pay anything to fix the problems?? Yesterday i received from them a used and broken charger? I pay over $100,000.00 for the car. To be able to use the car i have to pay the expenses myself to fix it. I will have to get a lawyer involved and to make them responsible. I trusted that place because it looks good, so many beautiful after market cars. If you want to do business with them very careful, scammers and liars in that place??? I was not able to get to the owner of this place but I hope the owner will read this review.....!? read more

First off, I want to start by saying how truly disappointed I am with the work that I received from this shop, Soflo Concepts. I expected better since I had came before for small work, but I guess they cant handle bigger things. I feel as though I was completely taken advantage of and ripped off. I pursued a refund and was declined twice. I deserve most of my money back. I now have to spend more money to fix the damages that this shop created. They also made me false promises to how certain things on my car were going to look like. Instead, they also just did whatever they wanted without even asking me if that's what I wanted, and if it was okay to do so. Below I have listed all the damages and where they have occurred on my vehicle. And I posted pictures of the damages. My car is originally yellow, and was wrapped in this Gloss White. 1. So when it came to wrapped my door handles. They did a very poor job. They left all the inside of the handle in yellow. I don't understand how someone would think its even okay to leave the door handles so badly wrapped and looking like that. You can even stand from a distance and notice the yellow. 2. My Front Bumper and Rear Bumper were not fully wrapped, and were painted in black without even asking if I wanted to do that. And Bryan the owner said if I wanted the inside of the bumpers wrapped, it was going to be extra. Which is absurd because that's still part of the bumper. And that was never mentioned to me from the beginning. And on top of that, they did a horrible job there is still a lot of yellow that is very noticeable. Even the front bumper Lip is poorly wrapped. And I had told them several times about the Lip being poorly wrapped, and they did nothing about it. 3. My fender wells were damaged when they took them off to wrap the car. Both fender wells were cracked in the same spot, and on the bottom area. I had missing clips and screws. And in the inside of the door handles, there are suppose to be 2 screws on each side. Well that's not the case for my driver door, as it is missing 1 screw. Its to many of these missing screws. It's obvious they cant put things back together properly and with care. 4. The way they wrapped my mirrors was an absolute joke. Just like my door handles. The inside of my mirrors were left yellow at first. Then when I took my car to them they said they were going to "fix them", they just sprayed them with white plasti dip. And now its even peeling off and you see the yellow, It looks very bad and unprofessional. And on the bottom of the mirrors they left a lot of areas unwrapped and of course you see the yellow popping out saying hello. 5. When they took off my side marker turn signal blinkers for my car, they broke the clip that makes it stay still. was lucky that I had an extra one. I said to myself not to make a big deal about it since I had the extra one, but I was to nice to them. And now im making sure to say everything about all the things they messed up on my car, because it's absolutely outrages how many things they broke on my car. 6. On the driver side window, the tint was scratched on the bottom side, because apparently they forgot and left a lose screw in the inside of my window. When I went to roll my window up, it made a bad scratching sound. So my window tint was messed up, and they didn't even bother to say anything about it like nothing happened. Now I have to go out of my way to get my window tinted, and spend money on something that shouldn't of happened and clearly their fault. 7. When it came to decide on the color of the calipers, I was very specific on the color I wanted. I had asked for a very LIGHT specific Gold with a shiny sparkle. Instead its like I got the opposite. It was a darker Gold, and it was flat not sparkling at all. I had sent him a picture of what I wanted, and he replied and told me "that's what we'll do then". And its clearly not what I had asked for. I had discuss this both in person and in messages with Bryan. Its like they just did whatever was easier and faster for them. 8. As well as everything else being sloppy, they got my doors, wipers, windows, windshield molding, and the windshield itself covered in white plasti dip. They didn't even bother to clean it off. It was left like that, my car had white speckles all over. 9. And lastly, before I had taken my car to them. Everything on my car was working fine. When I got it back, my passenger window was not working anymore. Now it does not go up or down anymore. Also, my doors would auto lock themselves when the key was in ignition. Now they don't. As well as opening opening themselves when taking the key off. Now they do not open automatically either. In the end, coming here was the worst mistake I ever did. They lied to me, and they did whatever they wanted. And broke stuff off my car. Now I have to spend more money to fix the issues. I wouldn't recommend anybody coming to this shop. read more

Decent job overall, but the price I was quoted was a little higher than the average going rate for the type of work done (calipers painted). When I got my car back there was a ton of over spray onto my brake disc which tells me the job was rushed and sloppy (especially since my car is a high end vehicle). Customer Service is very poor. Also they would post pictures of your vehicle on their social media pages WITHOUT your consent for work they did not do, and claim it as their own (e.g. preexisting after market body work, or unique features your vehicle has prior to their minor touch ups or paint job). We used this company for wrapping a install box truck. Nice family style operation. Smaller shop so even though we described the truck and size they didn't realize it wouldn't fit in the bays which meant outdoor work. Which ended up being an issue due to rain. Hard to get them to call you but email they're 100%. Wrap looks good and the guys are nice. Only issue we had was getting them to call to see if it was done so trying to coordinate appointments was hard. Supposed to be done done Saturday after noon didn't get an email, not call until late saying not available until Sunday. Sunday no word finally 7pm get an email. So waited around all weekend waiting to ensure we wouldn't miss appointments Monday. The work is good tho just communication issues I guess and being it was too big work had to be done outside and rain effected work time so I get it. read more

Run from these guys. Brian and Bernard are a bunch of liars and they will destroy your car. I was quoted 3-5 days for interior hydradip and rim powedercoat. It took them 28 days for me to get my car back. The powder coat is horrible and so is the hydradip. You can see through the powder coat and the hydradip has dimples and waves. Also, they completely damaged all four door panels. Ripped the leather, dented door panels and didn't connect all wiring back. Be warned. Run from these guys. Be sure to scroll all the way down to view other reviews that are not shown. You will see that they have destroyed countless people's cars and do not make it right. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Totally destroyed my brand new car and then were "too busy" to properly fix it. I went to picking it up thinking it would be fantastic and I almost broke down crying because it was damaged so much and treated so poorly by their staff. Some of the damage almost looked intentional - like WHY would their be a gold ball sized dent in my door?!? How does that happen?? And the worst part, they never said sorry! Certainly got swindled by the "positive reviews". I refuse to believe these are from actually paying customers and that the work took anything less than a month. My brand new car was in their shop and their "4 day" estimate turned into over 20 days, meaning I basically lost a car payment - make that TWO car payments if I had the rental.. read more

I had a great experience dealing with SoFlo Concepts. I was messaging with the owner Bryan for about 2 weeks on instagram. Asking him for prices on different things and changing my mind many times. He was very patient and had no issues answering all my questions. Once I finally made my decision he was able to get me in the shop in no time to do the work. They did a great job on my car and the attention to detail was second to none. I even asked to get a couple of extra things done on top of what we originally planned and they were able to get it done for me no problem. Along with attention to detail came great prices. SoFLo Concepts completely ruined my car (Mercedes Benz G Wagon). When I showed Brian / owner the flaws and lots of mistakes all he said was that he does not accept refunds when I was not even asking for refund. they have fake Instagram account with fake followers. I paid too much money for something that other shops were charging twice less. Believe me everything in the pictures look nice, that how my car looked. He painted things that should have not been painted, for example radiator fan, door handles Who does that ? The roof paint is already peeling If you have a nice car, take it somewhere else. The peel-able paint that he did on my car is not peel-able because not enough coats have been done. I will be taking my ruined car to every meet and car show to advertise their bad business. Car guys should not experience what I have did. I just had a bad experience with them ...had something hydro dipped black and white checkered was happy with that so I wanted them to do the same black white checkered on another piece to match ...they held my piece for almost 3 weeks ....then when I picked it up it was dark grey and HALF CHECKERED. My 125.00 piece was ruined ...I asked them to make it right or refund my money. They wanted more money to do what I originally asked and said they couldnt do the hydro dip checkered on it ...I asked then why did you do it anyways.. and why was it grey??... not white ?...bryan told me "we thought you would like it"...WHAT????...Bryan really does not know how to take accountability or show any integrity at all in being a business owner when there are problems...Though they do great work their colors are not consistent . ..I do not recommend because you might not get what you asked for..... and get a.. like it or leave it attitude if you have an issue ..like I did .... very risky...poor communication .. read more

I got both my engine cover & a custom "quattro" emblem for my crash bar painted pink to match my brake calipers.. I absolutely love what they did, they constantly kept me updated, & they were super friendly.. But a week after, when I was washing my car, I saw a scratch on my rim that I know I didn't do.. (I am EXTREMELY careful with my rims..) I didn't notice it until after the fact, so that's my own fault... So Flo Concepts powdered coated my valve covers and air cleaner for my classic Mustang. The finished product was amazing and quickly done. I couldn't distinguish them from actual chrome plating.
