Modern build apartment hotel with an acceptable quality of service…read more The rooms are very small though and instead of a bed the studio apartment for two offers a fold out couch which is just as comfortable as it sounds. The internet is fast but you will need to log in through their log in page and provide an email every time you connect. They also offer an iOS app but I have yet to figure out what more the app can do then call their reception(via your calling minutes) to make reservations. The location is a bit non touristic which I felt was nice but if you are looking for that sightseeing feeling then you will be disappointed. Instead all around are small Arab shops with everything you need to eat and such and if you want to watch the harbor it is not far. On our second night here nrj(some analog radio station) had a pop concert in an adjacent lot which was nice as we got to listen to the songs for free until 0500. Some parts are not so nice like the shower dripping, no toilet brush being provided and the curtains would not open. Also the room is quite cramped if you don't fold up the "bed". They have something like 150 apartments here and this is one of many locations in France. We also had to pay 15,50€ to check in 3 hours before the agreed time.

I'm writing this review from the room and am worried I might catch some gross illness or get bugs from staying here. Can't wait to carry my heavy bags down the stairs tomorrow. The girls at the front desk are really sweet and the air conditioning works well. That is pretty much the only positive thing I have to say about this experience. The room was small and there was no hand soap or shampoo available. I guess you have to bring your own?? There was also only one towel in the bathroom. So, maybe this isn't the place to save money. The breakfast was included in the room rate and was surprisingly good. There was a great mix of French fare and what I would call American breakfast food. I think its a good choice for the business traveler. I could not connect to the 'free' Wifi even after filling out the online form five times and getting the code texted to my phone. I was too tired to try to figure it out.

It is a nice hotel offering basic rooms although the one I got was nothing like on their website…read more The price I paid was low and the location of the place was great. 10 min walk to Vieux Port, tram and Metro just outside the hotel and it was a 15 min walk from St Charles. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. I had an amazing sleep. I don't spend much time in a hotel when going on holiday and as long as it's clean and beds are comfortable, I am happy. The staff was very friendly and informative. For the price that I paid I would stay again.
