I ordered one deluxe arrangement designer's choice (bigger bouquet with a vase) and the sympathy bouquet (with a white ceramic vase). Both vases were put together beautifully. The roses smelled so good. None of the flowers were wilted when they were received, and they were fresh. The bouquets were made the same day they were delivered. The flowers are delivered locally in Wrightwood. The gal was so kind when she delivered them to my recipient. I would order again and try other products.

My wedding colors were sage green, dusty rose/pink with white and gold accents. I knew I wanted a beautiful floral arch and aisle runners for my ceremony. I came across SoCal flower studio after a failed attempt with another floral arch company. I had such a horrible experience with the first one that I felt defeated. I told her my vision and she showed me sample colors and different type of flowers. I told her i want it more rose forward with mixed of other flowers and silver dollar eucalyptus. On the day of the party, she called me multiple times for help with directions, which added stress to an already busy day. She also forgot an item and had to make a trip to the store, resulting in her arriving about 30 minutes late. We had specifically hired her for face painting, but all of the designs were done using stencils rather than hand-painted artwork, which was not what I was expecting. Because the process seemed to take a while, the line remained long throughout the event, and some children did not get the opportunity to have their faces painted before she left. Another thing that stood out was that she didn't say goodbye or let us know she was leaving; she seemed to quietly pack up and leave, which felt a little unprofessional. On a positive note, I did observe her interacting with the children, and she was very kind, patient, and friendly with them. The kids appeared comfortable around her, and I appreciated the warm way she spoke to them. Overall, while she was pleasant with the children, the lateness, communication issues, and service provided did not fully meet my expectations for the event.
