Had to come update my review because every time I come here I devour the food before I can take a pic lol. This place is always a hit you really can never go wrong with the birria tacos. Chefs kiss

I tell you what, this place rocks! Every time I drop in, I try to bring someone new so I can let more people experience the deliciousness! The lady that took our order on the last visit was so kind and helpful and explained the menu items for my latest first-timer friend. All the food was delivered quickly and it all was so good! Priced right too! I was there yesterday and I already have plans to come back with my wife and our best friends next weekend!

Second time coming here. Hubs said the tripe taco wasn't as good as last time but the Lengua were just as delicious. I tried the burrito with asada and it was really tasty. I love that the burrito comes with everything inside. The Paloma was much smaller this time and did taste different, but was still good.

Absolutely wonderful. This location is a lot closer to me luckily so I came by to introduce my coworker to the food. Fantastic and didn't let me down. Definitely coming back and service was very nice. Nice place to come and sit down to enjoy a delicious meal.

This review is for their Tutt location I recently tried Sofia Antojitos, and it's safe to say I'll be a regular. The Birria burrito was a flavor explosion - absolutely delicious! The esquites, a cup of elote goodness, were a perfect side. The tortas are massive, filled generously with mouthwatering meat and trimmings. The variety of fresh blended juices and traditional Mexican beverages complemented the meal perfectly. Don't miss their classic snacks like elote and sopes. And guess what? They have a Birria Pizza! Can't wait to explore more of their menu; highly recommend this spot for authentic and satisfying Mexican cuisine. Five stars!

Sofia's is absolutely one of my favorite places to eat Mexican food here in The Springs. Everything is so fresh and delicious. The staff is very kind even though they're always hustling to prep and cook everything. The birria! Do it! The decor is bright and playful. I can't wait to take my family here. I could gush about Sofia's more but there's no need to. It's awesome!

my girlfriend and i were visiting CO springs from out of town and this place was the best choice we could have made. ordering was at the front and they brought the food to you. our waitress was really nice and attentive. and the food was insane. honestly the best chicken nachos we've ever had. and the esquites were amazing as well. highly recommend this place. it's a hidden gem

Food was ok. Chicken was very dry. Cool atmosphere. No sugar free options on drinks except water. Ice cream is ridiculously priced.

I tried the cold brew and it was stellar. The service was friendly as well. For food, I ordered the Cuban sandwich. It came out after about 10 minutes and it was HUGE. The bread was nice and crispy and they didnt hold back on the meat. I "upgraded" and tried their hand cut fries and was not disappointed. Some of the best I've had in a while! Highly recommend checking this place out!

You order at the counter and then get a number to put at your table. There is a lot of seating, but I can imagine it fills up quickly on busy days. I ordered an Iced Vanilla Latte, which was ready very quickly. It was perfect. Our food took a very long time to arrive. I appreciate that the staff kept me updated that our order was still being worked on, but it took almost 50 minutes for our two items to arrive. They did offer us a coupon to use in the future for the trouble. We ordered the falafel and the chicken tenders. The falafel was very good, but I wish it came with more pita. This was a great lunch that filled me up without being too heavy. The chicken tenders were not great, and the chicken basically slid out of the breading as soon as my husband took a bite. I really liked the vibes of this spot, and even though there was a long wait, I appreciated the kindness of the staff when updating me about my order. We would not order the chicken tenders again, but I would love to try other things on the menu.

You can park in a pay lot next to the Hotel It's at the floor level of or you can park on the street and pay metered parking. We chose metered. I dislike the scan & pay lots. You walk in & you should review the menu prior & pay up front, and then your menu selections will be delivered to your table. It's a beautiful set up, it reminds me of a greenhouse there's large wooden tables, & smaller black tables in a glass encased area with several hanging plants. There are also many table/booth combinations inside. We ordered: Hobo sandwich with seasoned cubed potatoes Slice of quiche Side of season potatoes Beet salad (added grilled chicken) An iced tea Spicy chai Total was close to $80 average for brunch definitely not terrible once you see the quality of what comes out of the kitchen. Tasting it all was amazing - flavorful, thoughtfully prepared & great attention to detail including sourcing great ingredients and using the correct spices! I cannot wait to come back and try something else!

This has been put on our no list now. When we ordered today, my son asked about Caesar salad and the woman at the counter did not say that they didn't have them. Then when they brought the food out, she said it's not an option. Why not say it when we ordered. Last time my bowl was missing the goat cheese, and I had to ask for it. I also added chicken and mushrooms to my bowl and I literally received about 5-6 mushrooms, which equals more than a dollar a mushroom. This time, my side salad was supposed to have balsamic and had another dressing. My son had the burger and said that the consistency was weird. My other son had the same sandwich he always has and the bread was different, though the menu didn't indicate that it was.

Figured I'd go before the farmers market across the street in Acacia Park. I got the bookworm latte and it was so good. I was worried it would be too sweet (it was a little sweet), but the brown sugar cinnamon syrup they make really balanced it out. It was so good. It was creamy, dreamy, and the caramel was decadent. I didn't get any food--just the coffee unfortunately, but I do plan on coming back! $7.25 (I think) for a latte is a bit pricey, but the drink is really good. So if you're gonna spend a bit extra, go there for a coffee instead of Starbucks. Service was quick for a long line and the hanging plants and lights made for such a great vibe.
