The space is very appealing to the senses. Great vibes. I was disappointed that I was unable to view dining room sets in person but I will say I learned most places we visited that day had the same set up. I am thinking most likely due to space. Many pieces of furniture but lacking DR sets to view in person. We sat in a few chairs and found a favorite one. We didn't pull the trigger until we looked around other places just in case we found a matching set elsewhere. Welp, we came back full circle to the most comfortable chairs we sat in that day. We communicated via text to complete the sale and picked up our chairs not too long afterwards. Very pleased with selection, communication, quality and style. Store space is filled with beautiful quality furniture. Check them out!

Buyer beware! Ordered a Biltwell sectional through a Portland retailer. Castellano in Portland…read moremakes Biltwell. The craftsmanship was very poor quality. Wavy piping around all back cushions. I returned the cushions to be redone. When I picked them up they looked exactly the same. One of the cushions had a snag in the fabric which they fixed but the stitching along the seams was so poor it caused the fabric to pucker. They stated there was nothing else they could do for me. Fortunately the retailer took back the sectional and returned my money.

It was our first major furniture purchase , trading in our old pass-me-down futon, and although it was a lot of money for us at the time, we knew we were making a long term investment. We have a couch with a single unified back cushion, and along the middle section are buttons creating a dimpled look. Unfortunately 3 of the buttons have dislodged. When we contacted the company they were apologetic but firm that the warranty has run out and there was nothing they would do to help. For the price we paid and only being 3 years old, I expected this couch to remain intact for more than 3 years, and feel kind of disappointed after opting for the American made ( and somewhat local ) company. Now we get haul the couch and pay even more money to have someone else to fix BItwel by Castellano defect.

Not a huge chain store, of course it cant have hundreds of couches in stock. But they will beat any price I can guarantee you that. If you look at a couch online and try it in a big store like Ashley furniture and then order it through furniture plus you will absolutely receive the lowest price. As for the parking, what place in Portland doesn't have less than ideal parking arrangements? There's off street parking as well as a back alley where atleast 4 cars can park parallel. To me this is such a small issue in retrospect to paying HUNDREDS of dollars less. Okay now to my experience. My friend purchased a couch through furniture plus and they were able to get it delivered within a week to the store. I went to her house and fell in love with it so of course I had to ask them if they had another in stock. Well just my luck another one was delivering the next day, so I went immediately and claimed it. The owner is awesome and it was a hassle free experience. I've dealt with other places in the past which feel so "sales-y" this was a completely different experience. I got my couch today and I absolutely love it, I am going to recommend this place to everyone!
