Before the meal, two large pieces of papad are served to the table with mint & yogurt chutney and what I believe to be injipuli, and souf/funnel seeds are served after the meal to clear your palette. I was satisfied with the level of spice in the saag, and I thought the dish was overall very flavorful and would certainly recommend ordering this here. The portion isn't enormous but certainly isn't small, so I was happy with the size. I had never ordered non-paneer saag and was pleasantly surprised with how great the dish tasted.
