They train hard & they actually try to match you up with other students that will challenge you. At Arsenal, they won't try to match you up against a 12 year old like another gym in town did to me while I was there. Prices are on par with other gyms here in town, but they also offer a wide variety of classes. The support here is great & I've always felt right at home.
