Their staff took extra efforts to make sure I understood what the research was about and how to receive payment afterwards. I appreciated being paid by e transfer and even received a call with the code to make the e transfer easy and secure. As soon as I completed the cresearch the payment was quickly deposited in my bank account which meant I didn't have to wait for a cheque to be mailed to me. Doing the phone interview and online exercise for their client was easy, fun and informative. I would do any more research they have available in future as my experience with JMRS Research was superior in every way.

I defiantly prefer to have Rosedale looking house. I start building as is and looking for help to improve the exterior. I even hire the interior desiner. She was super useless. My house is very difficult. It has 9 corners and too many restrictions. A real test for architector or a desiner! I was lucky to find Gary. He took my existing drawing and with passion to the beauty and with knowledge to the structure he fixed the exterior of the house. He was working as an artist- very easy, somewhat mindfully, totally submerged into the work. The outcome was - what I was looking for! Beautiful design, expensive looking but less expensive to build. I copy each and every element and I am building as he draw. Later on he also helped me with foyer and other tricky interior elements. I have to say it is great work as well. Just beautiful. That was best money spend and best experience. If I had to build another house I would hire him to do the whole project. It would make the project flawless, save time, money and struggle.
