I had a positive experience during my participation in the recent study about grocery shopping habits. My interviewer was very professional and conducted the survey with ease. Props go her . When I came in to the office, the wait was barely 3 minutes and the survey began after I filled out some forms. The survey went smoothly and I have nothing to complain about! I hope that I will be invited again to participate at JMRS! read more

My experiences here are always positive. The testers are always friendly, helpful, and fully explain the process to you. The testing area is also very clean and spacious. The lobby is also comfortable and clean. I always look forward to completing another research study with them, not only because I get paid, but because I love sharing my opinions on consumer products I use daily! :) read more

Have done market research and surveys a few times now and it is actually quite fun while earning a bit of spending cash. They have state of the art equipment and at the end of the completed survey they give you cash cash. No cheque or e-transfer. Nice facility, plenty of parking space and very professional. Nothing bad to say at all about this place. read more

I just did my first review/survey with them last week and it went really well. The staff member who called me was extremely friendly and helpful, I even had to call back to reschedule as I had something come up and she was very helpful in accommodating me in changing when I was supposed to do it. I look forward to anything else they may have come up. read more
